The location is perfect, just a short distance from town with beautiful views of the Tongass water way. Enjoy watching the boats and float planes go by in a peaceful and private setting. The Refuge Cove Marina is just 1/4 mile away!
The home has plenty of room to spread out, and possesses all of the modern conveniences. The 2 kitchens are well equipped, with appliances and utensils to cook for your whole group. Relax on the spacious deck, and enjoy the scenery after a meal, or by the fire in the cozy living room.
The 7 bedrooms are laid out, as follows: 1 bedroom with a king bed, 4 bedrooms with queen beds, and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each. There is also a fold-out couch in the living room.
The living area is great for entertaining a group. There can be 8 seated at the dining table and 4 at the bar. Four more can be seated at additional set, if needed. The living area is spacious with comfortable seating, and wood stove. There is also a television with cable service. All of the furnishings are brand new, as the entire home has been newly remodeled!
