  I can't say enough about this condo, and the location. First, it was very easy to find, and easy to get our keys, the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. The condo was very clean, and had the exact view of the beach you see in the pictures. Nice space in the condo and great to have 2 bathrooms. The owners have thought of everything, the kitchen had all the utensils, pots and pans, etc. Nice washer and dryer. Big, fluffy towels. Chairs to use at the beach (otherwise you do need to pay to use the chairs that are already on the beach), noodles to use in the pool, a cooler, beach towels. Nice flat screen TVs in each room, large flat screen TV in the living room. Movies to watch, and books to read. Extra pillows and blankets, ironing board, hair dryer. Lots of closet space with hangers and lots of drawer space. Binder with lots of good information about the area, and menus from various restaurants. The grounds and pool were very clean and the beach was perfect. We loved the location, away from the Spring breakers but close enough to walk to where all the action is. Walked many times to all the shops. Fun restaurants, especially loved Reese's and the Heavenly Bisquit for breakfast. Whenever we had a question it was always answered quickly. If you are going to rent a condo on Fort Myers Beach, this would be the one! Had a great time!

  Just came back from a week at this facility. This place is very well maintained and the staff was very good. The owners of the condo were great! It was everything they said it was. The condo is clean and updated. The view is great. There is no reason to stay anywhere else if you are going to Fort Myers Beach. We loved it

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  What a wonderful place for a vacation! This condo was everything it was portrayed to be and the owners were great people to work with as well as the management team at the building. The 2-bedroom condo was comfortable, stylish and had everything you could imagine. Special little touches such as sample sizes of shampoo & conditioner, fragrant soaps, and soft toilet tissue welcomed you as you walked from room to room noticing each was spotless and cozy. The towels were fluffy, linens were soft and everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped including a kettle for all the tea drinkers out there. (this seems to be a forgotten item in lots of rentals) We greatly appreciated having a washer & dryer in the unit. From the balcony, you gazed upon immaculate grounds, the white, sandy beach and blue ocean, as well as the beautiful pool below. Just a mile’s walk down the beach is the centre of Fort Myer’s Beach where you can grab an ice cream, dinner or shop. Close to various sight-seeing attractions, but for this a car is required. It met our every need and we just loved it!

  This was our fourth year in a row staying in this condo at Caper Beach Club. It is 100% direct ocean front and also overlooks immaculate grounds and the nicest pool in Ft. Myers Beach. This was our first time renting from the new owners, Vicki & Paul Yarwood and they made sure everything was perfect and that we were completely satisfied with the unit. They called shortly after we arrived just to make sure everything was ok.They have already made several upgrades which we noticed as soon as we walked in the condo. We were two couples traveling together and there was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The Caper Beach Club is just minutes from several great restaurants but our favorite is Doc Fords. The unit is high enough on the sixth floor that you overlook nothing but the ocean and the sound of the waves coming in is incredible. Vicki was so easy to deal with and we look forward to staying in her beautiful condo for years to come.We would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Your New Friends from Kentucky!

  We have vacationed on Ft. Myers Beach for over 10 years. During that time, we have rented 4 or 5 different condos. Last winter, we found the perfect place, your Unit 613 at Caper Beach. Sandy loves the view from the lanai, your lovely furnishings and the short walk to the library, gym and art gallery. Mike likes the closeness to the gulf, the beach-side pool, on-site management and Wi-Fi. We can't wait for this winter at FMB!

  My family had a wonderful time at Ft. Myers Beach. The condo was so comfortable and roomy and provided everything we needed. The location was awesome and we walked down to the pier daily.

  What a wonderful stay my husband, 18 year old daughter & 21 year old son had. The photos that are posted on home away are 100% accurate. This condo was not only directly on the beachas listed but was also clean & fully loaded with everything you would find in your own home. Plenty of towels, sheets, supplies- everything. It was great dealing with Rita (the owner) directly she is truly an honest person who knows the meaning of customer service. 5 star rating for the accomodations. We will return

  We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. Beautiful Gulf breeze and view. First time in a condo in Fort Myers. We would do it again. Weather was great but for one day it was overcast. We loved walking the beach. Our daughter & son-in-law came down for a few days and loved it. Only complaint we have is the beach had debris one day - probably from a storm. Thanks again for letting us use your condo

  We had a great time here - it is a beautiful location and we had great weather! We enjoyed the beach and the pool. We took a sunset cruise out of Fish Tale Marina at Santini Plaza and saw dolphins, many bird species and a fabulous sunset. Beached Whale is a fun place to go for lunch or drinks. Tuscan Bistro (Bonita Beach Rd. & Imperial Shores) had excellent Italian food, complete with a singer and small dance floor on Friday nite. All in all, a great mother daughter vacation!

  Your lovely condo has a fabulous view of the Gulf. Even though we encountered strange weather for Florida we still had a wonderful time. Thank you for such a great place...we shall be back.

  We had a wonderful time in your condo! Everyone here has been so nice. We hope to be one of your repeat customers! Thank you for letting us extend our stay. Weather warmed up and it was perfect... We still don't want to leave! Our favorite place is Beached Whale! Get there before 6 p.m. and get $.99 clams and $5.00 mussels & flatbread - Awesome!!

  Today is our last day - back to Ohio & snow tomorrow. What a way to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary & New Years Eve. Your condo is beautiful - has everything. The weather wasn't the greatest...but we still enjoyed & walked over 58 miles. Thank you -
