Located with-in minutes of top surfing beaches and San Juan Del Sur , a small fishing village on the southern coast of Nicaragua.

Beautiful pool with waterfalls, gazebo with built-in BBQ, home is completely furnished.

Caretaker and security also, with a maid for weekly house cleaning.
