This spacious 2000+ square foot gulf front property features fabulous views of both the ocean and white sandy beaches. This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit can sleep 8 in the 3 bedroom and 2 more on the living room sleeper. A large gulf front balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf and pool area features a table/chairs for 4 and chaise loungers for 2.
This beautiful gulf front unit features a king bedroom with wonderful ocean and pool views. The spacious master bath features a separate dressing area, water closet and large spacious bathing area with a jacuzi tub and separate shower. Wonderful views of the gulf are available from the master bath. The second bedroom, located at the front of the condo, has a queen bed with an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom features 2 full size beds and there is a hallway bath that serves this bedroom. A queen sofa sleeper is available in the living room, which also boasts outstanding views of the gulf and pool. The kitchen is outfitted with all stainless steel applicances and an island that seats up to 3. The adjoining dining area features seating for up to 8.
Sunset Beach is a gated community just west of Rosemary Beach on the south side of 30-A across the street from the entrance to the Seacrest Beach area. The condominium is located on the second floor of a four story building and is conveniently located near Rosemary, Seagrove, Watercolor, and Seaside on Highway 30-A. Sunset Beach is also appoximately 100 yards east of the exclusive Alys Beach complex, which features several unique dining opportunities. The shops and restaurants of Rosemary, Alys, and Seacrest beaches are all within easy walking distance.
As you enter the gates of Sunset Beach, you will enjoy the ride down the paved drive, lined with palm trees and other lush plantings. There is a heated(seasonal) pool located in the center of the 3 condominium buildings for use by Sunset Beach owners/guests only. The unit features views of the pool and the gulf from several rooms,while the spacious balcony offers endless gulf front enjoyment.

We loved our stay here in August 2011. Everything was spotless and beautiful. Three big bedrooms, three full baths. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. So convenient to everything...the beach, shops, restaurants. So many places to walk, didn't need the car. Would stay here again!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.
