This spacious studio loft (830 sf), 2 bath condo is located just 75 yards to the Christie lift. Enjoy the shops, restaurants, and entertainment choices that are all within walking distance.
The condo faces a Butcherknife Creek with a beautiful mountain and forest view. It features its own private entrance and is located on the first floor at the east end of the building for privacy and convenient check-in/out. This condo is also an end unit and there is not a condo directly above you!!!
This tasteful condo features 3 levels with an open loft, great kitchen and 2 bathrooms. A futon with a spring mattress is provided in the living area for added sleeping space and is comfortably placed adjacent to the gas fireplace and LCD TV. The condo also boasts and washer and dryer(in unit), DVD player and loft LCD TV.
What's a mountain vacation without the hot tub and sauna? Yes! there are 2 hot tubs, 1 indoor and the other outdoor. The sauna is a "real" one, allowing for steam to soothe the mind and body. Why the Owner Chose Ski Time Square
Well......after moving here in 1991, all of a sudden our relatives (out of the wood work) wanted to start visiting a bit more. Imagine that. To say the least we were thrilled...hence we decided to buy an investment property that could both be a rental and a nice space for the family. Originally from San Diego, we decided that we wanted to raise our family in a small mountain community...... Lucky enough to visit the Yampa Valley during the holiday's in 1991 we knew right away that Steamboat Springs was for us:). Our kids are grown and they have also decided to make Steamboat their home. It's a super community rich in history and community support/participation. We spend more time at the local market visiting with other local than we do shopping. It's a place where family and quality of life top most folks list. I know if you ever get a chance to visit you won't be disappointed. Time is a bit slower here....indulge and treat yourselves.
