This home features several new outdoor and indoor amenities which were specifically designed to cater to the discerning vacation home guest. The beautiful pool deck that is featured in the photos has been redesigned, expanded and re-built in luxurious mahogany wood. The ideal flow and proximity of the indoor living areas to the pool deck is perfect for summer relaxation with family and friends.
Our guests will enjoy a 3,100 square foot wraparound mahogany deck with French doors leading out to terraces in both the main floor master and the upstairs master bedrooms. Just through sliding doors off the dining room, the pool deck now includes a bluestone countertop bar with 72,000 BTU built-in professional series grill with underground gas line connection. A new sunken spa is located at the north end of the deck around 20 feet from the private cedar outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. In the rear of the house, we have added a patio surrounding a firepit for quiet chats after dinner. A new commercial grade patio heater allows guests to enjoy the deck all year round.
Inside we have just finished construction of a brand new cook's kitchen. There is expanded counterspace done in beautiful granite, new Premier gas range with ventilation hood, Bosch dishwasher, large capacity under-cabinet microwave, and enough kitchenware and supplies in case you don't want to go out to the local area's many excellent restaurants.
Also inside there are complete furnishings with central A/C, ceiling fans, a beautiful brick fireplace, large TVs, master bathroom whirlpool tub, stereo with CD/DVD/VCR/phone hi-speed Internet, and more.
We're located in exclusive Sagaponack, only 5 minutes from the quaint town of Sag Harbor, pristine Sagg Main Beach and downtown Bridgehampton.

- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: A brand new 72,000 BTU professional grill with 700 square inches of cooking space has just been installed for this season. It includes three powerful burners that allow an impressive low to high cooking temperature range for searing and finishing meats without charring. A fourth infrared zone for super-high heat cooking will get the gauge up to 600 degrees pretty quickly, and take care of large cuts or quantities of food that tend to cool off or slow down lesser grills. Simple electronic turn and push ignition lights this model hassle free so the new grill performs well as both a powerful tool for experienced flame cooks and a forgiving griller for more novice users. The grill is piped directly to a buired 500 gallon propane tank. You'll never run out of fuel or have to hassle with temperamental and bulky portable propane tanks.

Guests can also make use of indoor stairway gates. All exits include redundant locks above the doorknobs that cannot be reached by toddlers.

Dear Guest:
Thank you for visiting our site and considering our home for your vacation rental. The house is special to us for many reasons. During the summer of 1998, we met for the first time here as weekend guests of the previous owner. We married in 2002, and took an opportunity to buy the house in 2004.
In addition to the sentimental value, we adore the house's seamless flow from the the indoor living areas out to the pool deck, the quiet and privacy of the property, and the unbeatable East End location. Today we enjoy the house with our two small children and rent to family vacationers as well. We hope you love it too, and look forward to hearing about your Hamptons vacation plans soon.
