Our lovely condo is on the second floor directly overlooking the Sea Colony promenade, ocean dunes and beach. We are in the southernmost building where there is very little traffic or noise. The unit has been recently upgraded with all new kitchen appliances, cabinets and counter tops, all new tile flooring, a completely remodeled master bathroom with tub and shower and new carpeting in each bedroom and den. The den has a brand new queen size sleeper couch as well as cable TV/DVD player. The living room and master bedroom also have flat screen TV/DVD players. There is a free high speed Internet modem in the living room with WiFi connection as well.
The kitchen is fully stocked. Renters only need to bring their own sheets, towels, cleaning and personal items, but we can arrange sheets and towels for a small extra charge as well.

Some comments from the last two years: We had a wonderful time! What started out rainy and gray became warm, suuny, and exceedingly pleasant. Your condo is lovely, roomy, clean, beautifully decorated and fully stocked. The constant sound of the waves and swimming/walking the beach were soothing and energizing. Thanks. ....we are sad to be leaving. We love your condo - the frig is great and so many dishes. The games really brought back memories. Our kids found countless shells. Thank you for aharing your home. My niece and I are back at your home for our third Thanksgiving vacation.... We had a lovely time and I know we'll be back. It was our second time and we will come here every time we to the beach. We will suggest this to our friends.
