Our lovely condo is on the second floor directly overlooking the Sea Colony promenade, ocean dunes and beach. We are in the southernmost building where there is very little traffic or noise. The unit has been recently upgraded with all new kitchen appliances, cabinets and countertops, all new tile flooring and a completely remodeled master bathroom with tub and shower. The den has a brand new queen size sleeper couch as well as cable TV/DVD player. The living room and master bedroom also have TV/DVD players. There is a free high speed Internet modem in the living room with WiFi connection as well.

The kitchen is fully stocked. Renters only need to bring their own sheets, towels, cleaning and personal items, but we can arrange sheets and towels for a small extra charge as well.
