This condominium on New Smyrna Beach is one hour east of Orlando, Florida. The unit is on the third floor, and on the southeast corner of the building, directly on the beach with a full view of the ocean from the master bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room and the master bedroom both open onto a balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Sunrise views are spectacular.
This premium condominium is family friendly. There is an XBox 360 gaming system complete with Guitar Hero III, Halo 3, and Call of Duty 4. There is wireless internet access, a big screen TV in the living room (with a cabinet full of DVDs), and smaller tvs in two of the bedrooms. The children's closet is full of games and toys. The storage closet contains beach toys, including a surfboard, boogie boards, chairs, shovels, buckets, and an umbrella. Outdoor family activities include tennis, swimming (both in the pool and in the ocean), shuffleboard, and sunbathing.
Each child's room has trundle beds, accomdating four per room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the living room has a pullout queen size sofa as well as a pullout single size loveseat. Overall the unit will comfortably accomodate 10 to 13.
There is direct access to New Smyrna's beautiful sugar sand beach by 2 elevators or 2 flights of stairs. The beach is beautifully suited for long walks and bicycling. There are no cars allowed on this end of the beach, and the sand is soft and white. Fishermen often fish from the beach and small fish abound in the surf. Dolphins can be seen surfacing farther off.
The kitchen was remodelled three years ago with new appliances and comes fully stocked with all the necessities to enjoy preparing meals.The condominium has restricted gate access to ensure the safety of your property.
The City of New Smyrna Beach itself holds many charms for discovery and exploration. Cape Canaveral is an hour drive to the south, St. Augustine is an hour and a half drive to the north, and Daytona Beach is only a 45 minute drive to the north. But you will have a hard time tearing yourself away from the beach!

Welcome to our condo. It has been in our family for a long time and we have not rented it out until this year, preferring to keep it for our own use. It really is a second home for us.
