It's easy to find and close to golfing (you drive by the famous Sycamore Creek Golf Course on your way here), shopping (7 miles from the 112 store outlet mall), medical facilities (Lake Regional Hospital is minutes away), and loads of other fun things to do. NOTE THIS: An airport is within minutes for those who fly in!
Our condo is located in the MOST REQUESTED "Building # 10" (lake front pool is in front of this building). It is an immaculate lakefront, spacious, non-smoking unit that is one of the CLEANEST condos you will find at the lake. It is fully equipped for all of your vacation needs. The deck has a gas grill and comfortable furniture to enjoy the view of the most popular area of the Lake of the Ozarks. The living room and each bedroom has its own TV and DVD/VCR player. We even furnish many movies and board games for the kids and grown-ups alike. You'll even find some fishing poles and tackle if you'd like to try your luck. Enjoy watching the boats, jet skis, and wave runners while relaxing on the private balcony facing the main channel 20 mile marker. If you have a boat, inquire about the availability of a boat slip.

Cleaning charge of $70 per visit. 1 night deposit required to reserve.
Full payment of rental is required 21 days before arrival for release of keys.
10 X 30 boat slip is available for an additional $15/night or $90/week
