Now that you have looked at all of the other condo's for rent, why not rent from the BEST one around! We have 2 units for rent-both are 2 bedroom/2 bath large units with approximately 1,300 SF and both have been completely gutted and remodeled. These units have approximately 250 SF more than the standard 2 bedroom units at the Dunes. They both have all new appliances including full size washer and dryer. These are brand new split bedroom units in a gated family oriented gulf/beach front property. The master bedroom and the family room both open onto a large gulf front balcony where you can enjoy watching the dolphins during the day and the sunsets at night.

Both units are in the newest building of the Dunes of Panama, the "E" building, which includes a game room on the ground floor for the kids, a brand new exercise room for the adults and a deli/c-store for the entire family to enjoy.

The property has over 1,500 feet of private beach, 3 pools to enjoy with 1 being heated in the off season. Come play volleyball on the beach or shuffle board poolside. There is also lighted tennis courts, pool side gazebo to get out of the sun, outdoor grilling areas and a clubhouse to enjoy. Also offered during the summer is a "Kids Club" program-Walk your children to the clubhouse for a full day of fun and activities.

  • This was our first beach trip with our 2 year old and 1 year old and the condo was perfect for our little family! The view was gorgeous! The master bed was very comfortable. With 2 little ones we don't eat out and the kitchen was stocked to our liking. We will definitely stay here again!

  • We LOVE this condo and have stayed here in #403 three times now. We were married here, vacationed with inlaws here and with teens here! I love the view, love the pools, love the furniture (I have the same furniture in the master in my home), love Jim and his family, love the VIEW. We went with the link to the dolphin viewing this year found on the Dunes of Panama link and saved $75 and had a great time. Pier Park was fun. Grilling food at Dunes is Awesome! The people there are really nice and more family oriented. We thought about buying a condo here, but Jim, we love your place and if it is ok with you; we will just make this our second Florida home. Guys and Gals, you Will NOT be disappointed with this condo it is the best in Panama City Beach !

We were so pleased from every aspect from booking the trip through Jim, the quality of the facility overall, the absolutely stunning room itself, and of course the beach.   • A real home away from home! This condo is the best we ever stayed in. Most condos have the uncomfortable beach, wicker furniture. This condo has real furniture...leather sofa and a great recliner. I would definitely stay in this condo again!!
