Now that you have looked at all of the other condo's for rent, why not rent from the BEST one around! We have 2 units for rent-both are 2 bedroom/2 bath large units with approximately 1,300 SF and both have been completely gutted and remodeled. These units have approximately 250 SF more than the standard 2 bedroom units at the Dunes. They both have all new appliances including full size washer and dryer. These are brand new split bedroom units in a gated family oriented gulf/beach front property. The master bedroom and the family room both open onto a large gulf front balcony where you can enjoy watching the dolphins during the day and the sunsets at night.
Both units are in the newest building of the Dunes of Panama, the "E" building, which includes a game room on the ground floor for the kids, a brand new exercise room for the adults and a deli/c-store for the entire family to enjoy.
The property has over 1,500 feet of private beach, 3 pools to enjoy with 1 being heated in the off season. Come play volleyball on the beach or shuffle board poolside. There is also lighted tennis courts, pool side gazebo to get out of the sun, outdoor grilling areas and a clubhouse to enjoy. Also offered during the summer is a "Kids Club" program-Walk your children to the clubhouse for a full day of fun and activities.

I have never written a review, but this property deserves one. First of all, Jim the owner, was great and so accommodating. The property is just wonderful and pictures do not do it justice. It's been renovated, it's kept clean, nice and working appliances, the kitchen is fully equipped for your needs, the rooms are spacious, and the view is great. I especially like the tile versus carpet. I was a little concerned about staying at Dunes of Panama because of it's age (renovation or not). However, Dunes of Panama management do a good job in keeping the buildings and surrounding the grounds clean and professionally landscaped. The beach was clean too. If you have little ones, you must visit St Andrews State Park. The jetty area is great! Pack your beach stuff and lunch it's worth it. We will return and rent this unit again without hesitation. The only downside was we had to leave. I wished we could have stayed longer. Sheila

This condo was everything my family had hoped for. We have a family of 4 teenagers, so we needed plenty of space for our week at PCB. The location was great - close to great restaurants (Liza's Kitchen & Scampy's) and far enough from the busyness of Pier Park. Everything was clean and we loved breakfast every morning on the over sized deck looking at the ocean. Perfect!!!!

Beautiful, yet comfortable. Many upgrades, along with stainless appliances and granite countertop. New large tile flooring and room size rugs. Rest assured that this unit, VRBO# 162123 is completely updated with very nice furnishings. The unit was also very clean and the owner was very accomodating. This unit is in the E Building which also has a mom/pop store and restaurant on the bottom floor--we never had to leave the complex!!! Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer.

From day one we felt very much at home. Good thing - as we were renters for three months in the winter of 2011. This unit is extremely well furnished with everything you will need. We settled in quickly and thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay. The owners take a real interest in making sure you are comfortable - and comfortable we were! Gosh, we hated to leave - even after 90 days!! But we'll be back in 2012!

This is a great condo! We have been to this area many times, but this condo has now become at the top of our preferred list. The floor plan is excellent with an exceptional amount of beach frontage. I have never had condo feel so open and bright. The fourth floor was a perfect balance to see the beach and the dolphins while hearing the waves break. The condo was clean with a VERY well stocked kitchen and every appliance needed--even a crock pot! The owner followed up with us both during and after our stay to make sure we were satisfied with the accommodations. It was a fabulous week at a fabulous condo! We can't wait to rent this same unit again.

This condo is very conveniently located within close walking distance of several tourist attractions. But the best is that it is right there at the beach! Grab your stuff and walk a few steps to the beach. The pool is great at E Building. The condo is very nicely decorated and has great stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook meals there. I've stayed in this same unit 3 times, and each has been completely relaxing, enjoyable, and I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants a Florida vacation without all the wicker furniture & palm tree florals that Florida units typically have. You really feel at home when you're at this unit.

We had a wonderful time at the Dunes. This condo is very nice and comfortable. The owner was accommodating to us as we came into PC for a wedding and needed flexible dates for our stay. We really enjoyed our dinner at Captain Anderson's.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! Every room was clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. We truly loved going home to it every day. Part of the joy was all of the necessary amenities that are provided and the smooth transaction with the owner. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything that I needed to prepare Easter dinner and more. We had a wonderful, relaxing week, enjoying the beautiful sunsets, boating to Shell Island, swimming, sight seeing, grilling, .. just sharing great family time together.
