I have never written a review, but this property deserves one. First of all, Jim the owner, was great and so accommodating. The property is just wonderful and pictures do not do it justice. It's been renovated, it's kept clean, nice and working appliances, the kitchen is fully equipped for your needs, the rooms are spacious, and the view is great. I especially like the tile versus carpet. I was a little concerned about staying at Dunes of Panama because of it's age (renovation or not). However, Dunes of Panama management do a good job in keeping the buildings and surrounding the grounds clean and professionally landscaped. The beach was clean too. If you have little ones, you must visit St Andrews State Park. The jetty area is great! Pack your beach stuff and lunch it's worth it. We will return and rent this unit again without hesitation. The only downside was we had to leave. I wished we could have stayed longer. Sheila

We have stayed at Dunes for eight years and this was the most beautiful, well kept, best room we've stayed in. We will definately stay in here every year! The owner is friendly and very easy to deal with. Best vacation in a long time! Thank you!

This condo was everything my family had hoped for. We have a family of 4 teenagers, so we needed plenty of space for our week at PCB. The location was great - close to great restaurants (Liza's Kitchen & Scampy's) and far enough from the busyness of Pier Park. Everything was clean and we loved breakfast every morning on the over sized deck looking at the ocean. Perfect!!!!

Wonderfull time and such a very nice place to stay in FL. The Dunes staff was great, the Weezers Suds/Market the BEST (will tell you the best places to eat out and not waste your spending money), the Fuerst family was the best that we have ever worked with in obtaining a stay in Panama City. Extra nice, always follows up during and after our stay. Their properties are top notch, well kept and so very comfortable. We just had the best time. The only smallest of downside would be the WiFi system and as I understand when leaving, the management company was working very hard to get that system working correctly. Besides---your suppose to be there for REST and Fun!!! Thanks to the Fuerst for a great time. We'll be back and will let all our friends know about this nice family. J&J S.

Beautiful, yet comfortable. Many upgrades, along with stainless appliances and granite countertop. New large tile flooring and room size rugs. Rest assured that this unit, VRBO# 162123 is completely updated with very nice furnishings. The unit was also very clean and the owner was very accomodating. This unit is in the E Building which also has a mom/pop store and restaurant on the bottom floor--we never had to leave the complex!!! Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer.

From day one we felt very much at home. Good thing - as we were renters for three months in the winter of 2011. This unit is extremely well furnished with everything you will need. We settled in quickly and thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay. The owners take a real interest in making sure you are comfortable - and comfortable we were! Gosh, we hated to leave - even after 90 days!! But we'll be back in 2012!

This is a great condo! We have been to this area many times, but this condo has now become at the top of our preferred list. The floor plan is excellent with an exceptional amount of beach frontage. I have never had condo feel so open and bright. The fourth floor was a perfect balance to see the beach and the dolphins while hearing the waves break. The condo was clean with a VERY well stocked kitchen and every appliance needed--even a crock pot! The owner followed up with us both during and after our stay to make sure we were satisfied with the accommodations. It was a fabulous week at a fabulous condo! We can't wait to rent this same unit again.

Comfortable, Convenient, Safe, Relaxing!

This condo is very conveniently located within close walking distance of several tourist attractions. But the best is that it is right there at the beach! Grab your stuff and walk a few steps to the beach. The pool is great at E Building. The condo is very nicely decorated and has great stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook meals there. I've stayed in this same unit 3 times, and each has been completely relaxing, enjoyable, and I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants a Florida vacation without all the wicker furniture & palm tree florals that Florida units typically have. You really feel at home when you're at this unit.

We had a wonderful time at the Dunes. This condo is very nice and comfortable. The owner was accommodating to us as we came into PC for a wedding and needed flexible dates for our stay. We really enjoyed our dinner at Captain Anderson's.

This condo is filled with upgraded immenities and we felt like treasured guests instead of renters. The owners have provided everything to make you comfortable! This condo is absolutely beautiful! Every room was clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. We truly loved going home to it every day. Part of the joy was all of the necessary amenities that are provided and the smooth transaction with the owner. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything that I needed to prepare Easter dinner and more. We had a wonderful, relaxing week, enjoying the beautiful sunsets, boating to Shell Island, swimming, sight seeing, grilling, .. just sharing great family time together.

We have stayed in several units at the Dunes of Panama but this is by far the nicest unit that we have ever stayed in. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first beach trip with our 2 year old and 1 year old and the condo was perfect for our little family! The view was gorgeous! The master bed was very comfortable. With 2 little ones we don't eat out and the kitchen was stocked to our liking. We will definitely stay here again!

We LOVE this condo and have stayed here in #403 three times now. We were married here, vacationed with inlaws here and with teens here! I love the view, love the pools, love the furniture (I have the same furniture in the master in my home), love Jim and his family, love the VIEW. We went with the link to the dolphin viewing this year found on the Dunes of Panama link and saved $75 and had a great time. Pier Park was fun. Grilling food at Dunes is Awesome! The people there are really nice and more family oriented. We thought about buying a condo here, but Jim, we love your place and if it is ok with you; we will just make this our second Florida home. Guys and Gals, you Will NOT be disappointed with this condo it is the best in Panama City Beach !

WOW, what a stunning place you have there at the Dunes! We were so pleased from every aspect from booking the trip through Jim, the quality of the facility overall, the absolutely stunning room itself, and of course the beach. Everyone was so nice and friendly there. Very easy to book our reservations and there everything was perfect when we arrived. We will definitely be back soon!

A real home away from home! This condo is the best we ever stayed in. Most condos have the uncomfortable beach, wicker furniture. This condo has real furniture...leather sofa and a great recliner. I would definitely stay in this condo again!!
