Our beautiful beach house, named Dolphin Dance, is located in the highly preferred neighborhood “Grove by the Sea,” in Seagrove Beach, Florida. This is a quiet and relaxing neighborhood of lovely seaside cottages nestled in native Florida vegetation. The neighborhood includes tennis, a children's play area, two swimming pools, and walking/biking paths. It is the perfect home base for a great vacation. Safe, off road trails, paved trails, and sidewalks (perfect for walking, jogging, rollerblading, and biking) provide easy access to the many wonderful nearby recreational areas. The beach is a short walk away (we are the sixth house on the right once you turn in Grove By the Sea off of 30-A, a little over 300 yards from the beach by foot).
Grayton Beach (4 miles), Grayton Beach State Park (2.5 miles), Point Washington State Forest (1.5 miles), Deer Lake State Park (3.5 miles) and Camp Creek Golf Club (5 miles) are just minutes away. The famous town of Seaside is just a mile away; you'll love its many colorful homes, small shops, and restaurants. Throughout the year, you can enjoy the many scheduled free events that Seaside has to offer.
The beaches in this area, "Americas's Most Beautiful," are fabulous! Bordered by high sand dunes, the beach is wide with sugar white sand, and the warm water is emerald green. You can fill your days with the fun and excitement of nearby Destin or Panama City Beach for more “touristy” opportunities (only 30 minutes away), golf at several well-known golf resorts (10-30 minutes away), or the many shops, galleries, and restaurants in the quaint communities that lie along Highway 30-A (a walk or a bike ride away). Whatever your vacation interests, Grove by the Sea offers you a quiet respite to serve as your home base, giving you the best of both worlds – access to many fun things to do, and the place to stay and the beaches to stroll if your vacation is calling for solitude and serenity.
Sitting across from one of two large swimming pools, and just down the street from two tennis courts, you have a choice of reclining poolside or walking a short distance to the beach. Choose relaxing in the screened-in wrap around porch or the upper deck. The main living area is comprised of a large living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a queen size luxury top bed, the other a full / twin bunk) and one and a half baths. The large master bedroom with a luxurious king bed, bath and a large wrap-around deck comprise the second floor. Bedding includes luxurious high-thread count sheets to make your slumber just perfect.
Parking is available for up to four cars. Minimum age 25. No Pets. No Smoking. Mastercard and Visa accepted.
