Whether you seek a grown up weekend away with wine connoisseur friends or a family vacation, this fully remodeled spacious home in the town of Sebastopol is perfect for fun seeking folks of all ages. This inviting home features clean contemporary design and easy to clean surfaces such as concrete kitchen counters, blond bamboo floors, travertine tile, and plush cotton-blend carpeting in bedrooms and family room. The environment provides low allergy risk for the environmentally sensitive, a safe harbor for children, and aesthetic comforts for discriminating adults. House sleeps 8 comfortably.

The living room has an open floor plan to dining and kitchen. A large family/den has a lounging sofa, a full DVD library for kids and adults, a large screen TV, and wireless internet access. Books and games for children are also provided.
The Master Suite has a private entrance, a Queen-sized pillow-top bed and down comforter, plus en-suite “granite cave” bathroom with a restored 6-ft. long cast-iron tub and shower. The second bedroom also has a Queen with down, and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The large “family bathroom” offers a two person, extra deep Jacuzzi spa tub and double sink basins. All linens are quality 100% cotton. Towels are provided.
Enjoy a fire in the rainbow hued flagstone fireplace. Circle around the expandable dining table for pre-wedding preparations, birthday toasts or holiday feasting. Enjoy the pleasure of cooking in this “comfort kitchen” with a gas range, huge refrigerator, large microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee pot and cappuccino machine. Basic spices are provided. Also provided: DVD/stereo, quality cookware, stoneware, glassware, stemware and plastic ware (for the little ones,) kitchen towels and dish soap. Highchair and umbrella stroller available on request.
The children can play on the play structure with sandbox while you lounge in the two person hammock. Light up the patio heater and Bar-B-Que for a romantic patio dinner. Great ethnic restaurants plus a grocery with organic produce are just a block away! When you are done sipping regional wines in your “outdoor living room” take a long soak in the six person spa.
Perhaps one of the best attributes of this centrally located home is convenience. Wherever you stay in the wine country you’ll be getting in your car to drive to the wineries, to the gorgeous California Pacific coastline with its many sandy beaches and coastal trails.
You may want to visit the picturesque towns of Bodega Bay, Freestone (home of the world-famous enzyme baths at Osmosis Spa,) the charming antique center of Petaluma, the old Italian village of Occidental, the shopping Mecca of Healdsburg. If you enjoy gaming we recommend a trip to River Rock Casino in Anderson Valley. You may seek more active adventures like hiking in Armstrong Redwoods, rafting the Russian River or taking the Safari Wildlife ride before heading to Calistoga for an afternoon of mud baths and massage.
Whatever adventures you enjoy, when you are ready to take a break from your car you’ll appreciate the ability to stroll to the cinema, art galleries, parks, hiking trails and library. Sebastopol’s best restaurants, wine bars, bookstores, coffeehouses, both live and cinematic theaters, and Sebastopol’s quaint downtown strip is about eight blocks away. You’re also just a hop skip and jump from Sebastopol’s many festivals and community events that the town has grown famous for including the Apple Blossom Festival, Gravenstein Apple Fair, Celtic Festival, and more.
Your well-behaved, house trained dog is welcome, but please, NO birds, cats or rodents. All dogs must be groomed (bathed, brushed, de-flea and have nails clipped) the week prior to visiting. Dogs may not be diggers, howlers, scratchers, whiners or barkers. No matter how adorable your pooch is, she or he is NOT welcome on the furniture and beds. An extra $50 cleaning fee is charged for a dog. A second dog requires discussion and written approval.
