This beautiful beach cottage with panoramic gulf views sits just steps from the gulf. Take a pleasant stroll to the dedicated beach access leading to the world famous white sandy beaches just across the country road. This private community offers many amenities to make your vacation one to remember. A beautiful pool (7500 sq.ft.) and a hot tub are just steps from your door.
The main floor features a porch with a swing to a view of the gulf. A large beach style furnished living room, dining room, breakfast bar, upgrated furnished kitchen and a half bath all have superior furnishings. Wireless internet is available for your convenience.
The second floor includes the south master suite and balcony with comfy chairs and foot rests both with a beautiful view of the gulf and king size bed, TV, DVD player and a private marbled travertine tile bath and shower.
The second floor north bedroom suite faces the pool area and includes a queen size bed and two twin bunks,TV, DVD player and a private bath and shower.
The third floor tower room/3rd bedroom(if you like) includes a wet bar, TV, DVD player, leather recliner, trundle sofa/bed that pulls up to make a King bed made up of two 10 inch thick comfy mattresses and a private full travertine tiled bath and shower. The large travertine tiled balcony includes a counter high table and 4 swivel chairs and offers a stunning Panoramic View of the gulf while enjoying breakfast, lunch or just sipping drinks watching the beautiful sunset!
Right outside your door is the ideal location for walking, biking or jogging the 26 miles of paved trails along scenic 30A, while your at it visit famous Seaside or tour Rosemary Beach. Nearby we are known for some of the best fishing, dining, and golf anywhere. For more intense activity less then 30 minutes away you can take the kids and visit the water parks and amusement parks and/or shop the outlet malls in Destin and Panama City Beach.

Why the Owner Chose Cottages of Camp Creek
We decided to build here because there are so many exciting and relaxing activities to experience each and every day whether it be walking and swimming at the beach (and/or pool), golfing at nearby courses, fishing the Gulf or the Bay, walking, jogging or biking the 26 path miles of scenic 30A communities, enjoy outdoor live concerts, shows and movies or jumping in the car with the kids and drive to the Water parks, Amusement parks, outlet shopping malls or any other attractions a short distance away. I would be remiss if I did not mention the restaurants and indescribable cuisine of all cultures we enjoy within minutes all along scenic 30A and now Panama City International Airport is less then 30 minutes.
The Unique Benefits at this House
At our vacation home we probably most enjoy just hanging out and spending time with our family while cooking fresh shrimp and fish inside or outside on the gas grill, reading, watching movies, taking in the sunsets and at the end of the day just being totally "inspired" to appreciate everything and everyone we have to be thankful for!

Welcome to our listing on VRBO. Lisa and I (Wayne) are from Minnesota. We are in the restaurant and property management busineeses. We have been coming to the scenic 30A area for almost 15 years. We loved the area so much we built this house 7 years ago and ever since we have had so much enjoyment, relaxation, met new friends, acquired some new interests along with the old (golf and the beach to name a couple) and most of all renewed "Inspiration" along with the many guests who have vacationed at our second home.

This house was very nice on the inside, the outsisde needs a little work. We stayed in the Inspiration a few weeks ago, it was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen could use more utinsels. The kitchen is small. But overall it was very nice. Great trip.. I would rent this house again.
Recommended for:Pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
