Our private paradise on the sea! Beautifully decorated one story home with private pool and private ramp to the beach. Incredible snorkeling. Exquisite sunrises. A beach that goes for miles in either direction.
The main house is framed by two master suites. The main master has a king size bed, an office/library (with internet and phone) and a large private bath with jetted tub and shower. The second master suite has a king size bed and a bathroom with a large shower. Between the two master suites is a large common area with a fully equipped, modern kitchen, dining area and living room area. Each room looks out and opens up to a patio overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The home is decorated sea-side elegance.
The main house is augmented by two separate casitas. One casita has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and partial kitchen (refrigerator,sink, coffee maker and toaster). The second bedroom has a full sized bed. A full bath adjoins the casita.
The second casita has two trundle beds (four single beds) and a half-bath (toilet and sink).
The home has two outdoor showers, one by the beach and one outside the casitas. The home has a full laundry room containing beach towels, snorkeling, beach toys, ping pong supplies, etc.
If you tire of quiet, pool and beach, the home has shared satellite television in the living room and main master suite. There are television/VCR/DVD combinations in each of the bedrooms. There are CD players and i-pod speakers in the home.

We have always loved Mexico. We choose to buy our home in Rancho Leonero because we wanted to be in a safe, friendly community.

Being next to the Rancho Leonero hotel is a benefit. You can dine at the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner, go for happy hour, rent fishing boats and meet interesting people. Our home is directly in front of a great reef for easy snorkling.

Casa Del Sol was the perfect house for our family of 10. Was suitable for all ages - from the grandchildren through to the grandparents! So many activities to entertain us with everything provided in the beachside storage room - kayaking, kite-flying, ping pong, and amazing snorkelling! The pool was a hit - whether it was cannon-balling, diving for pennies or just reading in the lounge chairs and watching the whales go by. Local activities kept everyone happy - Scuba Diving in Cabo Pulmo, fishing and ATV's delivered right to the house! Local guides picked us up to tour the East Cape and a day trip to Cabo San Lucas for some tourist fun. Norma the chef and her family were a highlight of our holiday. Sunrises and sunsets that can't be beat - AMAZING!

This place is absolutely beautiful with breath taking views from the wrap-around deck. It is a perfect get away for a family vacation, providing a homey and comfortable feel. It's hard not to fall in love with a place like this! We'll definitely be back!
