This Charming Riverfront Log home is a delightfully rustic Rocky Mountain Cottage with outstanding panoramic views of the river and surrounding mountains. This home is located directly ON THE BANKS of the St. Vrain River near the historic town of Estes Park. This cozy home enjoys an expansive private setting of approximately 2 acres bordered completely on one side by the river. It is nestled in the mountains adjacent to the exclusive La Bellezza Spa, and Ciatano Winery. Hidden in the pine trees in a secluded location with breathtaking views of the river and nearby mountains.
This home has a rustic log interior and comes complete with a woodburning fireplace and also a separate freestanding wood stove for those romantic evenings at home The cottage is equipped to a high standard in order to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. The living room features a TV with satellite servicee, DVD and VCR player. Satellite Internet service is also available for your laptop.
The private waterfront grounds offer ample space for outdoor games, and have plenty of secluded nooks for taking a nap or reading a book. A tire swing and ample of outdoor seating is provided.
The home has 3 bedrooms and a full bath with antique claw-foot tub and shower. There is also a queen-sized fold-out couch in the living area for overflow guests.
Several nearby restaurants and quaint antique shops are just waiting for you to explore. The historic towns of Lyons, Allenspark and Estes Park are within a short drive.
In the home you will find a menu book, brochures and pamphlets for a varierty of activities which are offered in the area.
