It sits on the bluff overlooking five golf course ocean holes and a 180 degree unobstructed view of the ocean. This new condominium is located 20 minutes South of Rosarito and 20 minutes North of Ensenada behind the guarded gates of the famous Bajamar Community and within walking distance to the golf clubhouse. All the modern conveniences, many upgrades, and professionally decorated. The lanai is outfitted with four cushioned chairs, two marble cocktail tables, and a new stainless steel BBQ. The living room has a very comfortable couch, two leather reclining chairs, custom made coffee table, and a 50 inch HD flat screen TV adjacent to the stacked stone fireplace. The three bedrooms have high end mattresses with high thread count linens. The bathrooms have skillfully designed tile and all have brushed bronze fixtures including the powerful shower heads. The soft, thick, white towels are in all bathrooms. Play golf at the Pebble Beach of Mexico or just relax on the lanai watching the crashing white water as whales breach in the setting sun.
