Our incredible home is a two-story townhouse in Sandestin's Northshore neighborhood overlooking the bay. This three bedroom, deluxe town home offers all the amenities you expect together with the privacy you demand for a relaxing vacation . Top-of-the-line furnishings, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with dining room, tiled floors, and ceiling fans are all included. the unit has Cable TV with VCR/DVD in living room and a has a TV and VCR in each bedroom.
The townhome features a master bedroom with a queen bed, a guest room with a queen bed, and another guest room with twins. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room. NO SMOKING and NO PETS please. Over-sized master bathroom with two vanities and a comfortable bath/shower. Each guest bedroom has a full bathroom. All new top-of-the-line appliances including a full-size washer and dryer. Large screened-in sun porch with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. Lie in bed, sit on the screen porch or on the lawn, and watch the dolphins and boats go by.
Sandestin has full-time maintenance, daily trash pick-up, and 24-hour security. Your vacation town home is within walking distance of the Village at Baytown Wharf, the Sandestin Harbor, the health club, and pools.
