Our incredible home is a two-story townhouse in Sandestin's Northshore neighborhood overlooking the bay. This three bedroom, deluxe town home offers all the amenities you expect together with the privacy you demand for a relaxing vacation . Top-of-the-line furnishings, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with dining room, tiled floors, and ceiling fans are all included. the unit has Cable TV with VCR/DVD in living room and a has a TV and VCR or DVD in each bedroom. Has wifi hotspot
The townhome features a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest room with a queen bed, and another guest room with twins. NO SMOKING and NO PETS please. Over-sized master bathroom with two vanities and a comfortable bath/shower. Each guest bedroom has a full bathroom. All new top-of-the-line appliances including a full-size washer and dryer. Large screened-in sun porch with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. Lie in bed, sit on the screen porch or on the lawn, and watch the dolphins and boats go by.
Should you decide you want the unit, we require $45 processing fee which includes an accidental protection plan.

Sandestin Northshore Review 2011 Once or twice a year my husband and I take a trip to Sandestin, Florida. Every time we stay at Northshore on the bay. There are many reasons why we continually go back to the same respite. Not only is the ocean, bayside, about 20 feet from the beautiful townhome in the backyard, but the beachside is directly across from the main street as well. There are so many outdoor activities to do, one could not possibly get them all accomplished in a week. Northshore is close to Baytown Warf, a local area filled with restaurants, bars, clubs, zip lining and entertainment for the whole family. The townhome not only looks out on the bay, but also has a wonderful screened-in porch where we love to wine and dine while watching for dolphins and flying fish. The colors of the home are both warm and relaxing, so it is always a wonderful place to sleep after a busy day of beach activities.

We have stayed at this town-home for at least 1 week each year for the past few years and our expectations are continually exceeded. The town-home is always in immaculate condition. The kitchen has all the tools necessary to cook great meals and enjoy formal dining. The living room is tastefully decorated with what seems like new furniture each time we come. The bedrooms are always clean, with plenty of towels and extra blankets. The property has an incredible panoramic view of the bay and all its splendor. The view can be seen from the kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as the master bedroom that has its own balcony. The view combined with the attention to detail with regards to the upkeep of the town-home are what makes us dedicated vacation renters. The place is conveniently located near the main golf course (walking distance) and bay-town wharf. It is far enough from bay-town wharf to avoid the rift raft but close enough to enjoy the food and bars when desired; which is perfect for my wife and I. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay in the heart of Sandestin I can't give this place a higher recommendation.

Very nice, roomy, and convenient. Description and photos are accurate but do not do the property justice. Clean, well maintained and owner was very helpfull. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to a friend or relative. We hope to return !!!
