  We're just back from our trip in Florida and enjoyed it very much. Your house was lovely, large and well equipped, the pool was great and the neighborhood quiet. We had a great time with our friends, and we hope to come back again.

  We rented this lovely home for a week-long family vacation with our two daughters, their husbands, and our four young grandsons. It was a wonderful way to bring the family together from different parts of the country. We found the house to be spacious and spotless. The boys (2 from each family) got to know their cousins, spending hours in the pool. The location was convenient to beaches and other Sarasota attractions. There was plenty of room for all of us, and we enjoyed this special family time. We highly recommend this home.

  Lovely spacious villa, well laid out. Beautiful pool which was very well used as was the lovely lanai. Visisted Anna Maria Island and sat at the end of the pier to enjoy the view. Longboat Key also worth seeing and St. Armands Circle has some lovely shops. Overall we had a great stay and loved the area.

  We had a really amazing holiday based in your beautiful villas. It was supposed to be our 'once in a lifetime' last holiday as a family, however we had such a great time and loved your two homes with the lovely pools that we are really hoping to be able to find a couple of weeks next year when we can all go out again! Runabout Way is a lovely homely villa and well equipped and we enjoyed our week there but I must admit we did love the luxury and spaciousness of Useppa Drive! We spent quite a bit of time in the pools at both houses and really appreciated that they were both clean and regularly maintained - somthing that can make or break a holiday for us! Thank you so much for being so flexible in allowing us to use both villas, a week would definitely have been too short - a month would have been ideal! I'm sure we will have to go back.

  We had a lovely relaxing stay in the well equipped house, making full use of the large pool , whilst enjoying the beautiful beaches which were only short drive away; we are looking forward to returning soon.

  What a fantastic holiday, we loved the vill; lots of space, clean, comfortable and what an amazing pool/ We loved being so close to the beaches but easy distance to the Disney Parks and Universal, catering for everyone in our group. It was so nice to come back from a busy day to relax by the quiet pool and enjoy an early evening drink looking out over the lake. We are already looking forward to next year when we will certainly be booking again.

  st wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your beautiful villa, everything was just as you said it would be even down to the great weather that we enjoyed. The pool and spa were well maintained and at the perfect temperatures. The Bradenton area is very nice, quieter than some of the other cities in Florida which was a nice change and what beautiful beaches on Longboat Key; we even saw dolphins the day we were there. I believe we left everything as we found it and wish to thank you again for a great holiday.

  We want to tell you how much we enjoyed your lovely house in Useppa Drive. It's so spacious and airy and I'm desperately trying to decide which rooms to sacrifice here to make a walkin wardrobe! The location is wonderfully quiet, which we appreciated a lot and wee used the pool quite a lot which was lovely. Thanks again we'll certainly recommend your house to anyone who is interested.
