  This was our first vacation rental experience so we were VERY anxious. But worries were allayed with Brenda's voice-mail message and communication with Randy, all anxieties vanished when we opened the door to the spotless condo and saw the Ocean! Loved off season Myrtle Beach and have since recommended this spot to several others. There is tons to do, in Myrtle Beach and Charleston is a very do able drive ( did a food tour there). If all fails, read the guest book for inspiration to places to go.

  My husband & I stayed in Randy & Brenda's condo last week for my birthday/Thanksgiving trip. We've stayed at Holiday Sands several times, but never through VRBO. We were thrilled at how clean the condo was and the nice upgrade to the towels and washclothes. The kitchen is very well stocked. The location for Holiday Sands is perfect as well....handy and quite. The oceanfront view from the balcony is fantastic. There is a nice iron table & set of chairs out there.....much better than the cheap plastic ones you see everywhere else. This was an awesome trip and we've already inquired about staying in 2012. Randy & Brenda were very helpful and so easy to work with. You will not be disappointed renting out their condo! Thank you both very much for allowing us to share in your beach condo... God Bless you both and may you and your family have a very Merry Christmas!

  Very nice condo and resort. Check-In was easy next door and friendly staff. Parking garage very nice and spacious. Hallways of condo clean and smelled clean. Elevators very fast. The Condo is very nice. Very large bedroom with extra hangers for your clothes. Living room was good also. Plenty of kitchen utensils and we did use the Crock-pot one night and it worked great. Bathroom clean and updated with ample supply of towels. Holiday Sands South- Nice resort. Not one of the premium places but not a "dive" either. Very family oriented. Lazy river was very nice, along with the other two pools. Hot tub looked nice but did not get in there. Being in the condo units is a lot nicer than other hotels we have stayed at just because there are less people. This made access to the pools, elevators, parking much easier. Just an FYI, Holiday Sands South will only provide one parking permit for the garage for the condo. The other parking is just across the street which is no big deal. Not sure what the big deal is as there were plenty of empty spaces but they told us that was their policy. Just an FYI if you are bringing two or more vehicles. Overall very fun stay for Myrtle Beach in June.

  Owner response: Thanks for the good comments. The parking pass issue is news to us as well. Something we'll definitely check into. Usually, we attract single family groups only but occasionally there might be multiple vehicles. Hope to have an answer soon for others who may be planning trips. Also, the condo building is certainly an upgrade from the old hotel next door; actually, there's no comparison. Finally, we do try to add extras in the kitchen to make your stay more like home. The crock pot was a suggestion by a former guest and we've had lots of positive comments about it. We use all guest feedback to improve what we offer!

  Thanks so much to Brenda and Randy for offering such a great place to spend a worryfree month. The place was found in immaculate comdition. Jim & I ate many times at the restraraunt next door and Steve & family were so courteous and good to us. This place is well kept & the amenities are wonderful. The only thing I found unfair was the fact that HOA WOULD NOT ALLOW ppl monthly renters to paricipate in the bingo etc activites. I knew these homeowners paid their dues like the others so kinda baffled as to why there would be problem. The more the merrier normally. Otherwise our trip was wonderful and Santa was very good to me. I hung my little lights and had my tree lit up in lvg rm and actually got to see snow while there. AWESOME TRIP..SEEN DOLPHINS/BOATS ALSO. MANY THANKS WOULD LOVE TO RETURN! TILLIE

  my wife and i stayed at this condo from may 7th to may12th of this year. condo was very clean and comfortable. the 8th floor is perfect for the balcony. we could stand in the living room and see the ocean and from the balcony we could see the beach. the beach was sandy with some shells. temps were in the high 70's to low 80's. sunny everyday and only rain twice, but that was at night. the condo beach chairs need to be replaced as they are broken, but we just took our beach towels that we brought with us to the beach and layed on them. really convienient having washer and dryer in the condo. we drove to the boardwalk and walked to the 14th st. pier and had lunch. i have a crabcake sandwich that was to die for. we got ahold of a monster book coupon book that had discounts on alot of things, so we took advantage of that. i would give our stay a 9 out of 10 experience. if we come to myrtle beach again we would definitly stay at this condo.

We leave things there for our guests to use realizing that chairs, beach toys, etc. have a "short life". Plus having "extras" there are a nice perk for our guests who fly into Myrtle.   I'd like to first thank Randy and Brenda for being so kind, both on the phone and in emails! Their condo was spacious and felt very homey! We were able to just sit back and relax and not feel as if we were at a stiff hotel. The view, what can't we say about it! My husband had to go onto the balcony 2-3 times for "one" last look at the ocean before bed! It was so nice to have a drink after dinner once our daughter (1 1/2yrs) went to bed! And every morning our daughter had to run to the doors and say "ocean mom" She loved the ocean and kiddy pool there. The hot tub was very nice too! The separate bedroom worked out so great for us! We put our daughter in so she could keep to her daily nap and 8:00 bedtime, while we stayed up late. We actually never slept in the bedroom we used the murphy bed. This made us think that it would be a really nice get-a-way for two couples to share the cost and each still have their privacy at night! There was so much to do there between the close shops, food, and of course the beach. The condo had everything you would need to cook all your meals if desired along with the morning coffee and a blender for daiquiris :o) we really did not need to spend much money at all thanks to being able to cook breakfast and lunch there!! It was well worth our 15 hours in the car both ways(coming from Indiana) We hope to do it again, just maybe when we don't have to make so many stops for a toddler! :)Thanks again and God Bless!!

  We had a great time at this property. The 1 bedroom unit could have easily accomodate more than the five of us and had plenty of linens, extra blankets and pillows. The unit was spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins. The dishwasher and all other appliances were in good working order allowing us to eat our smaller meals at home. The facilities has a nice lazy river and hot tub in addition to indoor and outdoor pools. I noticed that the groundskeeper was constantly picking up and maintaining the grass and outside areas. The parking garage had plenty of room and while small for SUVs it was larger than many of the other condo complexes I have visited. I would definately return to this rental in the future. The owners had my deposit returned to me within 1 week without prompting which is not a common occurence when renting. Thanks again for such an easy transaction and lovely accomodations.

  the room was great. it had a great oceanfront veiw and was just perfect for me and my family. we flew in and was very limitted to what we could bring but what we couldnt the room had most of. very nice unit. thanks for allowen us to make it our home for a wk.

  My husband and I took our 3 kids and stayed here during the 4th of July. It is a beautiful place with a wonderful view. This condo provided all that anyone could ask for. The amenities were everything we were looking for at a reasonable rate. The owners are so gracious and do everything they can to make your stay memorable. We were close to the pier, had great beach access, close to restaraunts and shopping. We will be back!!!! Thanks so much for providing a place to make great memories.

  Spent a week in June at this wonderful condo. Very spacious and beautiful. All the conveniences of home plus having the beach. Will recommend this condo to friends. Can't wait to book for next year. Thanks Brenda and Randy for being to easy to work with!!!
