Why the Owner Chose River Oaks
Residing in Canada and having cold snowy winters this is more than a rental property to us, this is our 2nd home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Being avid golfers, we are within a 10 minute drive of at least 15 golf courses. Retired now, we enjoy the tranquility and view the golf course offers, yet the new highway system (HWY 31) allows us to enjoy everything Myrtle Beach (North or South) has to offer within minutes, without the traffic. Fantastic restaurants, the endless beach, excellent golf and shopping. What more could anyone ask for?
