Year Purchased: 2007
Steve & Jenni originally from Australia and moved to Tucson in 2006. We have 5 children who all still live at home (which makes for a busy household). We like to travel ourselves and have stayed at various VRBO, Timeshare and other Vacation places. We have stayed at some great places and some not so good. Therefore we have a good appreciation of what renters would like to see when they walk through the door.
Why the Owner Chose Catalina Foothills
This house is in a great location in a lovely quiet neighorhood with fantastic mountain views. Most likely this will eventually become our own retirement home. We care for this home as if it was our prime residence. We live around 10 minutes away so it is close enough to take care of it while respecting the peaceful enjoyment of our guests.
