This was our 4th visit to San Jose Del Cabo, our 3rd to El Zalate and our first stay in Sandra's unit. The condo is huge, & has everything you'd ever need, including the most comfortable beds ever. Seriously, it is all that and more! Would definitely stay in this unit again.

We have stayed at this condo for over six times in the last two years. Each time we arrive, we are delighted with the spacious condo, awesome balcony and endless view of the ocean. Especially pleasing are some of the special touches, like the Mexican designed luggage racks in each bedroom. You might think this is a small thing, but these racks are built to a height of 34 inches, so we don't have to bend over searching for clothes in the luggage. Also pleasing are the authentic Mexican fabrics which match each bedroom's decor. I would highly recommend this condo. Darryl

What a wonderful condo ! We stayed there for a week with two todddlers. The sea view is amazing , beach is very beautiful and the condo is very quiet. All three swimming pools and gardens are very nice and well maintained. The condo is large with a very nice outside area and very good amenities. Sandra is a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic experience!!! Wish we were still there as the condo was the perfect home away from home. Besides being very well appointed and comfortable, it also provides access to spectacular ocean views from the living room and spacious outdoor patio. The pools on the property are also a fantastic way to cool off after a day of touring in the warm Mexico sun. It was particularly great to avoid the mass of tourists in the "all-inclusive" resorts as we were treated to 5* elegance without the crowds of other vacationers. Sandra was also extremely helpful in not only assisting in our arrangements, but identifying places of interest, restaurants to try and the best way to travel while in Los Cabos. With this information it was extremely easy to navigate ourselves through the surrounding area and experience all Los Cabos has to offer especially the Mexican culture. Was a great experience and a great location to help us celebrate my wife's 30th birthday. Hope we can return soon!

What can I say but WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a GREAT condo, well stocked and well furnished. The location is great not crowded, three very nice pools and a hot tub. Even if you like the action of Cabo san Lucas it would be worth renting a car and staying here. Me wife and I and our two grandsons stayed July 3 to the 10th, the kids loved everything about this condo from the Dish network to the pools ocean and beach. If you stay do try the little restaurant at the top of the hill (MI Ensalada)it is REALLy nice. You have my assurance that you will love this condo and the price is right, you can't rent a timeshare on VRBO.redweek or tug for the price you will pay for this condo. AGAIN TRUST ME YOU WILL LOVE IT, EVEN BETTER THAN THE PICTURES ON VRBO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would recommend this apartment for stays in Cabo San Lucas. It's a 20 mins drive from many attractions. Extremely relaxing atmosphere. Pool and gardens are beautiful. I am definitely planning another stay soon.

very spacious, super new and clean, very easy to use - property manager stocked the condo with a list of groceries, owner/mgmt company has great access to amazing private chef. condo is really similar to a large hotel room suite with great views and kitchen!

We have been going to El Zalate for 10 years now and love every visit. all units have fabulous views. the best thing about El Zalate is the size of the decks and the views from them. A detail we really like from the deck is that the railing is iron thin posts, therefore your view is not obstructed even when sitting or laying on a lounge chair. It is a quiet complex with mainly families. Unit 401 was the best yet. the size and lay-out was fabulous. comfortable furniture on the deck. good linens and a gas BBQ. We have been many other places in Mexico - but the Baja and San Jose (El Zalate) is by far our favourite!

This condo in El Zalate is a perfect place to stay. I was in Cabo for business so wi-fi was important but this place was more than I expected, roomy, comfortable, laundry, full AV set-up, beautiful balcony with a view and right on the water. Sandra was also great to work with, I would definetely recommend this place to friends.

We very much enjoyed the condo. We came with our four children over New Year's, and felt very spoiled. The terrace is magnificent, the view exquisite, the furnishings and mattresses comfortable, and the property managers helpful. An overall wonderful vacation!

This Villa was perfect for a girlfriends getaway. The condo has everything you need & the terrace is great with a beautiful view of the ocean, & the 3 pools. We had the pools almost to ourselves. Perfect if you like calm relaxation. If your a party person, stay right in cabo. If not go more for San Jose. The beds are even comfortable!! The water in the condo is filtered & no one got sick like people say you will. Everyone is very friendly & helpful. Felt very safe . If you go to the Mega store remember the people in orange shirts speak english. We did'nt find that out til we had already been there. Very enexpensive.

Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My family had a wonderful time at El Zalate. We stayed there for a week in March 2009. The suite is huge and comfortable with really tasteful furnishings. The patio is amazing! Our kids are young (2 & 3 yrs old) and they had a great time swimming in the various pools as well as running on the beach and playing in the waves. I would recommend this condo to my friends and we will definitely return.

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Villa4-Unit401..The condo is set up so well with attention to details,excellent beds and bedding and towels. Lovey Plants,Two large TV's and Stereo DVD etc..Well stocked Kitchen.Excellent for two couples or families travelling with children. We loved the huge deck and the comfy furniture..Also found it very soundproof from the other condos and the road noise. I would highly recommend this condo at El Zalate and would have to say this is one of the nicest I have stayed in.Please know that when you book this condo. You will love everthing about it.. El Zalate Unit 4-401 is a beautiful condo property with easy access to the beach and San Jose. The balcony view is stunning and the condo is quite spacious. Our family had a one-of-a-kind Christmas.

We stayed at this condo for 2 weeks in July 2008, and had a terrific time! The cleanliness, amenities, high end appliances as well as furnishings, and local property manager was all much more than we expected. We loved the balcony, and cooked all of our own meals just to enjoy the fabulous view of the sea. The pool area was terrific; well maintained, clean, not very crowded, etc. The location is great; easy walking distance to large supermarket (and a 20 min. walk to town), and of course its right on the beach. Overall, we'd highly recommend this condo as a rental. The owners and property managers were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

We stayed here for 8 nights in June. The property was beautiful and the unit far exceed our expectations!!! Sandra, the owner, was so helpful and provided us with information on activities and places of interest in the area. We highly recommend this vacation property.

We loved the El Zalate. The location was perfect for our family of surfers. Zippers is a 5 minute walk up the beach. The unit itself was very nice, spacious and well equipped. We spent most evenings in with the kids and therefore it would have been nice to have had a TV in the master bedroom. There is only one TV in the living area. The outdoor area off the living room is great. Great view, nice furniture, propane BBQ….very comfortable and functional. The owners obviously take great pride in their Cabo home and I would recommend this unit and complex to anyone looking for a nice home away from home.

We really enjoyed the few nights that we stayed at this condo. It was huge!! It also had very high end finishes and an enormous balcony. This is hands down the best value in all of the Baja. The amenities at the complex are pretty good. I liked that the condo complex was not very crowded at all.....we practically had the pool to ourselves. The view of the ocean is amazing. We spent a lot of time on the balcony eating and playing games listening to the ocean and enjoying the view. The location is great being right on the ocean and less than 2 minutes to the grocery store. Its great to be right next to san jose del cabo and also only about 15-20 minutes to cabo san lucas. We would definately stay here again.
