Comfortable 3 bedroom Cape with a beautiful view of the ocean from the spacious front porch, living room windows, and master bedroom. Just one row back from the ocean, it looks through a large gap at the beach entrance and provides a beautiful view. The porch is perfect for a scenic dinner. New Silver Beach provides clean, bright sand and calm waters perfect for any age. The water temperature is much warmer than the rest of Cape Cod. Quite nice to swim in. The address is 156 Silver Beach Ave in Falmouth. Just installed new carpets throughout the house!
Close to the Bourne bridge, the house is only an hour away from Boston, or Providence, making it easy for those who need to commute.
Falmouth is a wonderful resort town offering calm warmer beaches (like New Silver), or bigger waves down at the town beaches on Nantucket Sound. Ferries depart for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket several times daily. Downtown has a variety of fun shops, restaurants, and local events - only a 10 minute drive away.
With its beautiful view, and being only 40 steps from the beach, this home truly gives the feeling of a beach house.
