Close to the Bourne bridge, the house is only an hour away from Boston, or Providence, making it easy for those who need to commute.
Falmouth is a wonderful resort town offering calm warmer beaches, (like New Silver)or bigger waves down at the town beaches on Nantucket Sound. Ferries depart for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket several times daily. Downtown has a variety of fun shops, restaurants, and local events - only a 10 minute drive away.
With its beautiful view, and being only 40 steps from the beach, this home truly gives the feeling of a beach house.
