Ideal for windsurfing, surfing, kayak, snorkeling and many more activities. Very private with magnificent views of volcano's and ocean. Beautiful gardens. Close to all services and shopping and restaurants. White sand beach. There are 2 cottages, one studio on top of the garage that belongs to the Main House and the Main House on a 4,1 acres property. Gated entrance.

$550/night (7 night minimum otherwise $250 Cleaning fee)
Plus Hawaii General Excise Tax: 7.25% and Transient Accommodation Tax: 4.17%
50% Deposit requested upon Booking
Balance payable 60 days prior to Booking
NO Refund within 60 days prior to Booking
Cancellation fees of $150 or 10% of Booking, the higher of the 2
Security deposit requested upon arrival of $1000
Rates based on 4 people occupancy, $25/extra person
