Come and enjoy these beautiful and relaxing, gated, four-bedroom, four-bath waterfront condominiums (two 2br/2ba condos across the hall from each other ) on Mission Bay (Sail Bay) in Mission Beach with 180-degree views of La Jolla Hill, the Bahia Resort Hotel, and Mission Bay Park. This spacious, third-floor condominium is perfect for multi-families or couples looking to get away for a nice, relaxing vacation. The secure elevator (only you and your party has keys to the 3rd floor) brings you right up to your front doors. Open up both front doors (small indoor lobby between units) and roam between the units! Relax and unwind on the beautifully tiled and furnished balcony or catch some rays on the sand or in the water. Just steps away from the bay boardwalk, one short block from the ocean. The Bay is usually much more peaceful than the Oceanside and a lot less crowded!
Each unit, 1,250 sf each (total 2,500 sf) has a full-sized kitchen, spacious living room, gas fireplace, parking spot and private balcony.
Unit 3 South: The large and spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, made up of two extra long twin beds joined together. There is one large closet, an adjoining master bath, and TV with cable and VCR/DVD player. Open up the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze! The second bedroom has a Murphy bed (double), work desk, a large walk-in closet, and TV with cable and VCR/DVD player. The second bathroom has a shower/tub. There is also a crib and highchair for the little ones!
Unit 3 North: Also a large and spacious master bedroom has a Cal king-size bed with a 36” flat screen TV and VCR/DVD player, huge closet and adjoining master bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds (push them together to make a king), a TV and a VCR/DVD player. The second bathroom has a shower/tub. There is a pack n’ play for the little ones!
These condominiums are directly west of the Bahia Resort. Enjoy a ride around the bay on the Bahia Belle. Just one block from the famous Belmont Park Roller Coaster, a five-minute drive to Sea World, and just a short drive to the San Diego Zoo and the San Diego Wild Animal Park. They are also just a few miles from downtown San Diego, the San Diego Airport, and La Jolla's famous tide pools. Why the Owner Chose Mission Beach
We love Mission Beach, but more specifically, Mission Bay. We love the tranquility of the Bay and if we are looking for a little excitement, we head over to the oceanside. We love that we can park our car and walk to almost anything - dining, shopping, Belmont Park, the ocean (2-3 minute walk), Bahia Resort, Catamaran Resort, Cafe at the end of our court, etc . . .
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Relaxing on the beach in front of our condos, watching the kids play in the sand and water. Most of the time, it feels like beach is all ours. Nothing beats the boardwalk - walking, running or taking the kids on a bike ride down to the playground on the bay! The kids love coming here . . .

Happy New Year Kelly, Our Christmas and week at the condo was perfect. Everything from the condo itself, to its location, to the weather were all great! While it snowed in Wisconsin, it was 60's and a few 70's in San Diego. We did get a chance to meet Heather (property manager) and she went out of her way to see that we had what we needed. We are already thinking of when we can get back out to San Diego...so much to do yet so little time. Thank you for all of your hospitality. Christmas 2007 is one of the best Christmas's I've ever had. My memories will forever be filled with the view from the condo deck, the comforting warmth of your home, and our whole family being able to share this experience together. Thank you again. John M

At that time I booked I thought I would prefer the bottom floor, but actually after I arrived I realized how much better it is to have the privacy and security of the 3rd floor. This condo was wonderful. We walked to the beach, walked to the roller coaster, other rides,& shopping, and it was very close to Sea World, one of the main reasons we went there. The views from the balcony were beautiful too. We will definitely return.
