This spacious fifth row beach path home, tucked among tall pines, is the perfect location for an extended family getaway or golf vacation. Centrally located between South Beach and the Ocean and Heron Point golf courses, just off South Sea Pines Drive, you'll have easy access to miles of bike paths, Harbor Town, and all of your favorite Sea Pines destinations.
Two separate, but adjacent, living areas with TVs and DVD make it easy for everyone to find a place to relax. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the two-story great room bring in the light and the beautiful views. Stay in touch with the high speed wireless cable internet connection.
Master bedroom features a king size bed and cable TV with a large walk-in shower and oversized soaker tub. Two bedrooms with queen beds also feature cable TV. A fourth bedroom features two twins. Kids love our fifth bedroom with two twins and a set of bunkbeds. Each of the five bedrooms has its own private bath. An additional bathroom with shower is located on the main level of the house with access from the pool deck.
The private pool can be heated at an additional cost. Enjoy family cookouts with the large Ducane gas grill. Just steps from the pool you'll find the beach path, with a private beach a short 100 yards away.

This home was absolutely perfect for our vacation! We had 5 adults and 6 kids in for a 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration week and the spaciousness of the home helped make this one of our best vacations ever. If I have one suggestion, it is the photos do not convey the space- it is much bigger in person! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the pool and deck were a welcome place to cool off after being at the beach. We also enjoyed daily bike rides all through the area and felt comfortable letting the kids take short jaunts on their own. The owner was very helpful in recommending a restaurant (Truffles- wonderful) and a photographer for a family photo. The house is very clean and bright and we will definitely stay here again! We would also highly recommend this home.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Our family of 11 (10 adults and one grandchild) had a wonderful week in Hilton Head at your vacation home! Your home met all of our needs and we absolutely enjoyed the beach, the bike trails, and the pool area! We were blessed with a great time of family fellowship in a beautiful setting! Thank you!
