‘Little Paradise’ is an elegantly styled private fully airconditioned cottage, located in the lush and peaceful valley of Assagao in North Goa. The architecture of the cottage is of goan style with mangalore tiled roofing, white washed walls and large bay windows, whilst the interiors are designed to be modern and contemporary and furnished with all amenities.
The cottage is set in landscaped tropical gardens with 3 sit out spaces for eating, reading, meditation or just sunbathing and is perfectly suited for those who are seeking a quiet home away from home, yet minutes away from the colorful markets, restaurants, cafes, churches, forts and the laid back beaches of Goa.
The main upper unit of the cottage has a large master bedroom (sleeps upto 4) and spacious attached bathroom, a living area which seats 10 people (also designed to sleep 2), and a fully equipped european style open kitchen with a dining table which seats 6 people. The lower unit has a bedroom, pantry and bathroom.
Location & distances: Surrounded by lush green forests on 3 sides, ‘Little Paradise’ lies on the little road that's winds down into the valley of Assagao from the small market town of Mapusa (3km) and ends at the fishing village of Chapora (6km).

Nearby Attractions: Mapusa town, 3 km away features a bustling outdoor market every day, culminating into frenzy, on Fridays. Wednesdays is the famous Anjuna Flea Market and Saturday Night Ingo’s market which features an outdoor stage with music and acts, food and some very interesting artisan stalls. The nearest beach is a 5 minutes drive from the cottage with restaurants, and cafes serving excellent food, Choose from Greek, French, Italian, Indian and of course the traditional Goan cuisine. The Purple Valley Yoga Retreat opposite the Little Paradise cottage offers excellent yoga classes, Watsu Goa offers water therapy and The Ayurvedic Clinic in Assagao has traditional kerala massage and healing. The Animal Rescue and El Shaddai Child Rescue Centres are also located in Assagao. The acclaimed Natural Birthing Centre also lies a minutes walk from the cottage.
Apart from this, skateboarding gokarting, paragliding, jet skis, water sports and a bustling nightlife with clubs and bars are 10-15 minutes away.

Cancellation Policy
There will be no refunds once the booking is confirmed. Credits may be used for future stays within one year, based upon availability, if cancellation is done more than 30 days before the start of the rental.
Security Deposit
A 10% security deposit is due upon arrival. This will be returned at checkout - less any damages.
A 50% advance is required to confirm booking. Balance amount is payable minimum 14 days prior to arrival at the Little Paradise cottage. The payment
can be received via bank electronic funds transfer (ECS).
