The riverfront balcony allows for dolphin watching and overlooks the ON-SITE MARINA - Bring your BOAT or JET SKI! The beachside balcony looks across the street to the Gulf (very short walk).
The master features ultra comfy king bed and it's own entry to the balcony-great for moonlit nights overlooking the water. The second bedroom features twin beds and access in room to the second bath.
The living room has a fireplace, flat screen and convertible bed and overlooks the water. The kitchen is fully equipped with S/S appliances (incl icemaker), granite counters, huge island and has a large pantry with washer/dryer. DON'T MISS THIS UNIT - YOU WON'T BE SORRY!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this condo with my family. Wonderful experience, comfortable surroundings, excellent eye for detail, linens top end, a feeling that you've come home. This property is located on the river side and Gulf across the street. The river side is so peaceful, little to no street noise, club house and addtional pool on Gulf side. Beautiful surroundings, management keeps up with exterior. Owner very friendly and accomodating, easy to work with and wants the best experience for your vacation. The owner takes care of their property and has pride in their ownership. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

What a beautiful place! My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. This place really felt like home as soon as you walked it. The decor gives you that beach/nautical feel... open the back patio sliding door and the front door and you have a wonderful cross breeze that cools you on a hot day. You have a wonderful view of the marina, and the beach is directly across the street. There are also plenty of local bites to eat around. All in all... you can't pass this up. It's a great deal AND it's great place to stay!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Such a beautiful condo!! Decor is amazing!! Such a homey feeling!! Had everything u could need for your stay! Quite, peaceful and yet not far at all from the beach!! Will definitely stay here again!!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is an excellent condo decorated beautifully! You cannot beat the price! Looking at the bay every day was so relaxing and the beach is just across the street where you can park in the other Shipwatch parking lot if you don't want to walk! Another pool there as well! A smooth transaction with owner and we plan to return soon! Thank you so much for sharing your piece of Heaven!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This is a lovely Condo, with a great view. Although not directly on the Gulf, it was a quiet location during Spring Break, with a good selection of restaurants nearby, and several areas for a great beachwalk.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

we are locals and needed some R&R so we booked with this quaint little condo and we had the best time. The king bed was soooo comfortable,we just loved everything about this condo and plan on staying again.Being locals ,before Ivan we had stayed @ almost every condo on the Perdido strip and this condo is on the top 10 list :)Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
