Our "Slice of Paradise" is a spacious, beautifully furnished condominium in the Parajo Dunes oceanfront resort complex on scenic Monterey Bay. This gated 150 acre resort community contains three tennis courts and miles of beaches, trails, and woods for leisurely hikes.
Our top-floor condominium, largest two bedroom in the Shorebirds complex, offers approximately 1400 square feet of living space, has 15-foot vaulted ceilings, two outside decks, and excellent unobstructed white-water views of Monterey Bay, the Monterey peninsula, the surrounding hills, and the wildlife lagoon. It is tastefully appointed with natural maple kitchen cabinets, solid granite countertops, marble flooring, and leather sofas and chairs. The beautiful master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed, and the spacious guest bedroom contains a luxurious queen-size bed and a very comfortable full-size bed. Only steps to the ocean, enjoy watching marine wildlife every day including whales, dolphins, and sea otters.
Drive to nearby Monterey and Carmel for historic sight-seeing or take a short trip to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk for a day of fun! Or just relax on the ocean-side deck with its warm southern exposure and view of the Monterey Bay and Peninsula. If time allows, take a drive down the stunning Big Sur coastline for unparalleled vistas. Play a round of golf in one the many excellent golf courses in the area. Visit one of the many fine restaurants in town or in the surrounding Monterey Bay area.
