Our family Villa features 4 Bedrooms and is located in gated Venetian Bay Villages, a vacation oriented community offering all of the amenities of hotel style accommodations except that you have your own home, fully furnished, totally private.
Main Floor Master Bedroom with King Size Bed, large Bath with Whirlpool tub (wheelchair accessible).
Upper bedrooms include a Queen Size Suite/ private bath, and 2 additional bedrooms each with 2 twin beds along with an additional bath. Washer and Dryer on this level for convenience.
Just bring suitcase, as everything else is here.
This ideal vacation getaway is in a private Gated Community Located minutes from Disney, MGM (Hollywood Studio's), Epcot, Universal Studio's & Islands of Adventure, Sea World. An hour and your on the beach. If you aren't up to traveling, the main pool in Venetian Bay is Olympic size, has separate spa and is next to large Clubhouse with games, children's theater, and games, and a Business Center with computers for the adults who can't leave work behind, in addition to Wifi and free US phone throughout the US and Canada. There are 3 additional pools, playground, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, as well as a car wash. A truly relaxing getaway in the heart of Florida.

Why the Owner Chose Venetian Bay Villages
As a family that made annual pilgrimages to Disney and staying only at Disney resorts, we visited family who bought at Venetian Bay Villages which is only minutes away from the parks and found there is much more to do in Florida, and still be close to the parks. We also liked being in a "home" setting in a resort area instead of a hotel room, especially if staying in Florida around holidays or for extended periods of time.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
Our greatest pleasure in Venetian Bay Villages is our home. As soon as we get in, which is usually in the evening, we open the french doors to the patio, let the warm breezes in open a bottle of wine, put a Jimmy Buffett CD in the player, and it's instant vacation mode. After that, all decisions are vacation related only. Aside from our home, we walk the property as it is beautifully landscaped with all sorts of plants we don't see back home in New York. It's a very tropical place. Our daughter is a fan of the main pool and spa, and can be found there sun-worhipping daily.
