You’ll love this house! It has 6 Bedrooms 4 baths, can accommodate up to 18 people in beds. Thirty foot solar heated pool surrounded by tropical fruits & plants, 150 foot boat dock on a 50 foot+wide and deep canal, only 50 yards to open water! The expansive yard includes a Robinson Crusoe tree house for the adventuresome, small cement fresh water pond for the wildlife and several decks around the house for your entertaining pleasure. Everyone's favorite is at the top of the home where you will find the 'Rum Nest' with views of ocean and beyond.
** Fish Cleaning Station By Dock*** . In June 2010 we installed an commercial ice maker with 300 lbs per day capacity.
