This nearly new contemporary vacation home is located on a quiet court in the Hideout, one of the Pocono’s premier gated resort communities. Set far back from the road on a level lot, you can experience the peace, quiet and relaxation you deserve. Access is easy for people with limited mobility with only 3 steps to the first level from the driveway.
The large windows, cathedral ceilings, and open floor plan let you feel as if you are truly living in the great outdoors. Imagine waking up in the morning and stepping out through a sliding glass door from the master bedroom onto a large private deck high in the trees perhaps overlooking a family of deer or wild turkeys. Located minutes from the golf course, tennis courts, arcade, miniature golf, basketball courts, fitness center, beaches, pools, and much more, there is something for every one. Exploring the nearby pond (a few minutes walk from the house) can offer many surprises including some good fishing.
This home features a large fully equipped country kitchen, cookware, utensils, and dishes for up to 8 people. It has 3 large bedrooms (one on the first floor) each with a queen size bed for your comfort. In addition there are 2 full size convertible couches in the living room. There are 2 full bathrooms (one on each floor) and a new large capacity washer and dryer. The large wrap around deck and screened in porch offer plenty of room to lounge, eat or play games.
