An upgraded, beautiful three bedroom, three bath 1800 square feet condo with travertine floors throughout and upgraded granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the St Lucia building at the resort Silver Shells.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed with a private bathroom that includes a double lavatory with granite, jetted tub, and separate shower.
Bedroom two has a Queen bed with a private bathroom that has a tub/shower, and single vanity.
Bedroom three has a Full/Twin bunk bed that uses the hall bath that has a shower, and single vanity.
Sleeper sofa.

We have stayed in much nicer condos (furniture and kitchens, bedrooms) than this. This had sand everywhere. The throw rugs were filthy, with dirty spots and filled with sand. The bedspreads were the same, spotted with stains The property manager met us with the keys, told us that he'd be back to replace a broker patio chair, and never returned. The couch looks great in this picture, but it was also very dirty, and was super-uncomfortable (cushions sank when you sat). There were no kitchen towels or dish clothes, coffee maker was a joke. The base boards were dirty and dusty - we'd met the manager at 3:00 in the afternoon, and he told us they'd been there since 6:00 am cleaning. Very disappointed for being the most we've paid, and had accomodations that were much closer to the beach. (The manager of the building, however, Arne, was terrific and helpful.)
Owner response:This is a clear case of guest spending more then they wanted and after checking in, trying to get a discount right off the bat. A case of "if we complain enough, we can get something back". Unfortunately this happens all too much to homeowners in the area. All our guest have my personal cell number, and can call at anytime if they had problems. The guest said the condo was dirty...we had the cleaners come back out same day. A patio chair was broke, we went out next day and bought two new ones. I am very dissapponited that a guest would leave a comment like this, when we have this condo booked everyday of the summer and more then half our guest are repeated guest that come back year after year.

Although this property unit has a side gulfront view from a small window in the master bedroom, the main living areas and two other bedrooms are directly on the roadway (98)which makes the property extremely noisy, loud, and very unpleasant. The roadway noise was very loud with trucks and bad mufflers on 98, and a bar and grill nightclub across the roadway played loud music on both Fri and Sat nights into the early morning hours (2:30AM was when we finally dozed off on Sat nite and they were still playing loud rap music!) Further, although the property manager indicated that two chairs and an umbrella were part of the rental agreement, he twisted that around and told us that we could hike down the beach and get chairs at the "sister resort." That also was not true. In fact, the security guard at the "sister resort" would not let us enter even the poolside gate and told us that our property manager (DM) was not well liked at this resort and tossed us off the property. Be sure to check out any information you receive from DM, because it may be misleading and false. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this property to a friend or relative.
Owner response:The bar/grill and night club are no longer in business. Unfortunately are guest had it backwards as far as visiting sister properties. If you are a guest at Silver Beach Towers, you can visit Silver Shells. Not the other way around as this guest thought. We have different guest in each week, and I have never had anyone mention any type of negative feedback like the above.
