    We have just returned home from a fantastic vacation in this house between Sept 22nd and Oct 6th, 2012. We are from New Zealand and this was for us a vacation of a lifetime and our first visit to Florida. We just loved this house! It was very clean. Everything was perfect. The house was so comfortable and spacious, there was enough room for us all and the villa was decorated and furnished beautifully. The internet was really convenient and the kids enjoyed the game console and gaemsroom. Each bed room had a TV and I did a lot of searching for a nice house for our vacation in Florida and I am really happy with my choice. We also had a lot of fun hanging out in the swimming pool.     What a wonderful holiday we had at this lovely villa, the property was clean,very tidy and obviously well maintained throughout. All the equipment that you could want was in the Villa .The furnishings were very clean ,modern and of the highest standard. The pool was very clean and I would certainly recommend this villa to my family and friends. and we ourselves will be returning. This villa was exactly as outlined on the website

    sorry for the late review... Me and my family had an excellent time at your villa, it was absolutely lovely and well accommodated for all the family, even down to the strollers for a long day out with the little ones. The information folder had all the information needed for first time visitors like ourselves. I would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends wanting to rent in orlando. walmart is local to provide groceries or lots of resturants near by and we even decided to have takeaway on a couple of occassions as we were so in love with the villa we just wanted to endure being there! It was just what we were after, privacy with alot of space for the kids to have fun. Thank you for answering my questions and being on hand to answer any queries prior to our vacation. (The only negative the men in the family had was that new snooker/pool cubes were needed but not a big downfall on my behalf)!

    Hi Lee and Alyson, Thank You so much for being a part of the great vacation my family and myself had. The villa was very spacious and comfy. The area was quiet and a great place to wind down after a long day of entertainment at the theme parks in Orlando. The children loved the pool, even after the long days. The villa was in a great location. There were stores for every need in very close vicinity from the villa. We are already planning a trip for Orlando next year and I will be contacting you soon. If you have villas tht sleep more people, please let me know, because from the stories we told from this trip, we have more family to be joining next year.     We spent nearly 3 weeks here and i would highly recommend the villa for any one looking to have a holiday in Florida. The owner and his family were a pleasure to deal with, friendly and helpful through out our stay. 15 of us stayed and there was ample room for everyone, the villa was clean and presented beautifully. The location is fantastic, everything you want is close by from the parks to supermarkets! Overall staying here gave us a fantastic holiday, we enjoyed it so much we have already booked again for 2013! :-)

    Hi Lee and Alyson, We have just returned home from your Sunset Villa and I just wanted to say we had the best Holiday ever. We had never been to Florida before and it was fantastic. The villa was brillant, there were 8 of us in total, 2 families and we all had our own space and we all loved the pool and hottub. On arrival the house was very clean and it was better than we expected. The pictures on this website and the additional ones you sent us via e-mail are a very good reflection of the house and are up to date. The villa is very well furnished and the leather sofa's in the living room were nice and comfortable and we loved the large screen TV. It was also good to have high speed internet. The children had the upstairs bedrooms and we had the two downstairs suites. The pool area is fantastic and it was so nice to have the garden fenced so you are totally private. The kids just loved having there own pool in the back garden which is something we just don't have at home. The gamesroom was also great and the kids loved playing pool. The house is in an ideal location, close enough to the attractions but quiet enough for 'chilling out' after hectic days in the theme parks. We met Steve and Dee your house managers who dropped by to say hello which I thought was really nice. Thanks again for letting us rent your beautiful villa, we will come back again and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends. Thanks for the memories. Steve, Louise and family

    I stayed at the Disney-Florida Villa with my friends and family from July 5th -July11th. I was celebration my wedding there and we all had a great time. The Orlando Int. airport was close by the Villa which was really convenient. I'm from Chicago and booked everything online and it was the easiest thing ever. The owner was very fast and helpful in answering all my questions. The photos were very accurate. The place was clean and the pool was amazing! We spend all of our nights in the pool. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who want's to have a great time in Florida!

    BEAUTIFUL home with all the amenities. Really and truly only 15 - 20 minute drive to each of the 4 Disney parks. Perfect with children, awesome pool in the back and FABULOUS "play room" complete with pool table and video games! A lovely, clean and accomodating home away from home!

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

    We just wanted to leave a note to say thank you for the friendly and professional way you have dealt with our enquiry and holiday arrangements. The villa was well appointed, clean, exactly as you described it and excellent value for money. In all it was lovely and the kids made the most of the swimming pool. We chose the villa because it was close to the Disney Park - great location and very convenient for all the major parks. I might arrange to come back with a few pals and my golf culbs as I was amazed at the number of courses on your door step. We really appreciate your help in making our holiday an enjoyable one. I will recommend Disney Sunshine Villas to our friends and will definitely come back again. Once again a big thank you.

    Hello Lee & Alyson. Our apologies for the delay in writing but things have been very hectic since we arrived home! Anyway,many thanks to you both and your colleagues in Florida for making our family holiday at Sunset Villa such a wonderful occassion.This was the second time we have stayed in one of your villas and once again it certainly did not disappoint! There were 14 in the party,9 adults & 5 children (aged 4mths to 11yrs) and there was ample room for everyone.All facilities were as expected and once again to a very high standard. We flew into Sanford this time (only 1hrs drive away) and had no trouble finding the villa following your excellent directions. As we have been before we knew that all the theme parks/shopping malls/restaurants/golf courses etc. were conveniently close by which makes the location of the villa ideal! We would not hesitate in recommending "Disney Sunshine Villas" to anyone and will certainly be back again. Thanks once again. Ian & Ann.

    To Lee and Alyson, We just wanted to say a big thank you for letting us use your wonderful villa. It was our first ever visit to Florida and your house was just perfect. We loved it and didn't want to come home. The villa was big, spacious and was beautifully furnished. On our arrival the house was very clean. It really did feel like a home and you can certainly tell you and your staff take a great deal of time and care with the house, it is very well maintained. There was everything within the house we could of hoped for. There was enough bedding, towels, crockery and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed. The kids loved the gamesroom and the pool. The decking area was fantastic because of the size and the outside one you have added again made more space which my wife loved because she could sunbathe whilst the children played in the pool. We also enjoyed relaxing and using the pool after returning home from spending all day in Disney and the other parks. The house was so comfortable. There is also a Publix and Walmart close by which was great. We met Steve and Dee your house managers who were lovely as they called to see if everything was fine which we thought was a wonderful touch. Overall we had a the best holiday ever, we will certainly recommend you to any of our friends and we will certainly be back in the future. Thanks again for the memories. Ian, Zoe and family.

    I have just return home to the UK after our holiday in Florida. We have just stayed in this villa and it was fantastic. This was our third trip to Florida and this house was by far the largest and most luxurious one we have stayed in. The house was beautifully furnished, clean and was just perfect for our family. There was 12 of us in my party and the villa was very spacious and we all had a great time. It certainly is an executive home, the living room has leather sofa's in and the large screen TV was great to watch. The house was also decorated and finished to a high standard. All the windows were dressed and there were TV's in all the bedrooms as well as the gamesroom. Several walls have been painted a different colour and I really think it makes the house more homely. The decking around the pool is fantastic because it is so big and there is so much room. We spent several days at the villa enjoying the pool and spa, we used the BBQ and my children really liked the garden area because they could play in it as it was all fenced in. My wife certainly liked the fact it was private because this was the first villa we have stayed in that has had a fenced in garden and that is certainly a feature of this villa. The children also enjoyed the gamesroom and playing on the PS2. The location of the villa is perfect, there is a Publix within a mile and a Walmart not very far away. There are restaurants and some shops nearby and the I4 is also very close so you can get to all the theme parks relatively quickly. I also played golf and there are several courses within a very short distance. I played at Highlands Reserve and Championsgate. I would just like to say we had a fantastic time and we will be coming back again. I will also recommend this property to any of my friends who are visiting Florida as it is by far the nicest villa we have stayed in. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home.

    My family and I recently stayed in this house and was very disappointed with the house. Where to start! First, there was five garbage cans overflowing with garbage and upon entering the house we found that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. The listing states that there are King size beds and there are NONE in the house. The house was nice but needs some TLC.

    Owner response: I have just returned home from Florida where I personally spent several days in the villa after my previous renters left. We do sometimes only have a very short time between guests leaving and arriving but I always ensure my staff clean the house as thoroughly as possible. There were some issues that I addressed and the house had a full spring clean, walls were repainted as were skirting boards/kickboards. Furniture was removed and all areas of the villa were cleaned. I do totally understand the situation with the garbage but as this house is very popular with guests, our pick up days are only on Mondays and Thursdays. The beds in the house are UK Kingsize and as this is also a UK based website, I get a lot of British guests who visit the villa. All information we provide is written in all honesty and as accurately as possible. We will very shortly be changing the flooring and removing the carpet and replacing them with tiles. I do appreciate the comments made and we are continually trying to progress and provide quality accommodation for all our guests.
