This unique home offers IMMEDIATE ACCESS to the GULF. There is a deep-water canal in the back of the home, with no bridges between it and the GULF OF MEXICO. There is very deep water here. A commercial fishing boat of approximately 70 feet is on the same canal, so that tells you how great the water is here. There is a floating dock for docking your boat.
There is also a boat ramp in the community that makes putting the boat in the water a snap.
This home is just north of the Clearwater area in a small quiet community named Hudson. Clearwater, Tampa, New Port Richey, Port Richey, and other locations are a short drive away.
