We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and well equipped. The owner was quite helpful and polite. The complex was deserted while we were there. The pools were unheated and cool, and the hot tub wasn't heated either. Although the description says the beaches are within walking distance, you are located on top a hill. The walk back is not easy. There is a back entrance to the complex which would make the walk to the beach easy, but it is locked. You need a car for everything. We enjoyed the rain forest, the trip to Culebra (the crossing is rough - take sea sick meds if you are prone) and the casino nearby.

We're a family of six that stayed at Jorge's unit just prior to Christmas 2010. The condo was clean and well maintained, and had good internet and TV access. It had a nice view of the Seven Seas beach on a very small veranda. The actual Seven Seas resort area was deserted when we stayed, and the pool, while beautiful was far too cold to swim in, and the outdoor hot tubs were not heated. You have to drive to everything, so you cannot possibly be here without you own transportation. There are several possible restaurants, although the only two I would consider going to are L'Estacion, which is a 3-5 minute drive, and has good food and comfortable seating, or OleLilolai which was reasonable. Your best bet is to shop at Amigo's, and cook in. Don't even consider dining at the El Conquistador Resort, absolutely terrible food at ridiculous prices. The beauty of Jorge's unit is it's proximity to the El Yunque rain forest and waterfall, the Bioluminescent lagoon, Culebra and the casino at the Conquistador. Seven Seas beach is a nice, but if you take a left you can take a 15 minute walk to Colara beach which is magnificent, or a 15 minute walk to your right will bring you to a section where you can snorkle right of the beach. El Yunque and the Bioluminescent bay are must sees, and a day trip to Culebra makes the trip to Fajardo worth it. Flamenco beach is one of the world's best beaches, and if you take a short hike across the island, you can snorkle in a pristine lagoon. Don't bother with Vieques, it doesn't compare to Culebra. If you understand that Jorge's condo is a "command post" for your visit you will be very happy with your choice of this unit.

My husband, one year old son and I enjoyed our stay here in early December. The condo was spacious and comfortable and it was a plus for us to have the full kitchen as well as washer and dryer. We started each day with a morning swim in the beautiful pools and our son enjoyed the nearby playground. The patio was also a great place to relax and enjoy the scenary. Things to do: El Yunque, Luquillo, Seven Seas Beach Restaurants: Our two favorites were La Estacion and Pasion por el Fogon Grocery Store: Amigos Jorge was very helpful with recommendations, directions, etc. I would recommend this property for a low key, relaxing getaway.

I was expecting Costa Rica but Puerto Rico is different in many ways. This condo made a great home for us while we explored the Island. The owner of this property was EXTREMELY helpful in answering our questions and taking care of all of our concerns. The condo itself was clean, neat, and nicely decorated. The location is great... we wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else in the area, including the 5 star resort up the hill. A few things to note in the area: 1. Don't eat at any of the restaurants on the beach accept Popeye's as they are only for tourists and waaaaay overpriced with crap food. Go into town for decent resaturates. 2. If you like to cook the kitchen is great for that so get groceries on your way in. 3. Seven Seas beach is very chill, take a hike toward the end of the beach, through the woods and take the path to the hidden beach. RAD and great for snorkeling! 4. No good breakfast that we found close by, consider cooking. 5. Loquillo beach is the closest and best for surfing: 30 min drive. 6. Conquistador is the 5 star resort up the hill and the only nightlife close by. Very fancy and expensive. 7. Bio bay very close and magical. 8. Don Q coconut rum: buy lots 9. Take the ferry in the morning to Culebra, 8:30 sharp. A must! 10. Drive through the National Forrest for sure. 11. Plan a day for Old San Juan, worth every minute

We spent a week in Puerto Rico this past July. The condo was just as it is in the pictures, clean, organized and spacious. about 45 minust from San Juan. it was 8 of us, we loved the full kitchen, the two bathrooms, and very much enjoyed having our coffee in the mornings and our drinks at night out on the balcony. huge pool, great gym and overall nice and quiet location. It was only a few minutes from the bioluminiscent lagoon, el yunque, humacao and luquillo, as the Fajardo pier to catch the catamarans/Ferry. I would recommend this location/condo to my friends and family as I know that they will be well taken care of.

We just returned from staying a week at this property in Puerto Rico. We absolutely loved the accommodations! It was very spacious. We have 8 in our family and had plenty of room. It was very clean and well kept with tile floors and very comfortable beds! We loved the view of the ocean and the light house from the balcony. The Ocean Club at Seven Seas is very nice with an incredible pool. It is a great location, only 2 minutes to Seven Seas Beach, 3 min. to Bioluminescent tours, 10 minutes to ferry, 20 min. to Luquillio Beach, 30 min. to rain forest, 45 min. to San Juan. Jorge was so helpful and easy to contact. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property!!

My family and I stayed at the condo for two weeks during the month of July. There were 8 in our party and the condo was able to accommodate all of us. Domingo and Jorge were very helpful and made many wonderful suggestions. During our stay, we visited Cabo Rojo (a must see if you have not been to this part of the island- it's just beautiful!); Lares for the flavored ice cream-be daring and try the arroz con gandules or even the bacalao; A highly recommended restaurant right in Fajardo is OleLelolai. The condo is very close to the beach and the ferry port. You can visit Culebra for the day, but I highly recommend you go early to get tickets. THANK YOU Domingo and Jorge for providing my family with a home away from home. MG/Chicago,IL

Our stay was the week prior to Easter in Apr 09. The condo was wonderful. It is decorated beautifully and is very comfortable. The full size kitchen and the washer/dryer made our vacation much easier. The owners were so helpful prior to our trip and during our stay making the trip very relaxing. Being close to amazing beaches, the ferry and the rainforest allowed us to maximize our week. I would recommend day trips to El Culebra and Vieques as well. The beaches were perfect and the snorkeling spots were outstanding. I would stay at this condo again. The pool, hot tub and facilities were great! You couldn't ask for better.

Our family stayed 7 days in January, and the condo and area far exceeded our expectations! Very clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Fajardo area provided several nice beaches, bioluminescent bay kayaking, nearby rainforest with waterfalls and fun, reasonable places to eat. Jorge was very helpful and we would love to return sometime to rent here again. Anyone interested in area pictures is welcome to email me for a link to our photo album from this stay.

I Loved this condo. We seemed to be the only one in the whole ocean club. It was quiet, relaxing and everything was just right. The bedrooms were big with great beds and ac. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The living room was comfy and we kept the windows open for a great breeze. The best spot was the patio the view was amazing. We caught sight of many rainbows and sunrises. Everything about getting to the condo and what to do around PR. Jorge was more then willing to give us suggestions. We were very well taken care of and would go back in a second. This is one of the best our christmas break was so relaxing. Thanks J and D for making it great

My family stayed here for 4 nights in mid-January and enjoyed it. This new complex offers nice amenities. The best being the two teir pool. While not right on the beach, it is very close to Seven Seas Beach, very nice! There are trails near the beach that take you through a Mangrove forest to two other secluded beaches. The fishing village is nearby, where you can hook up with a charter boat or kayaks. Also nearby is a dynamite resteraunt, Pasion Cafe (I believe.) The Rain forest is about 20 minutes away, and the ferries to the off shore islands are less than 10 minutes away. The El Conquistador resort is a must see, and only 2 minutes away. Jorge was very hospitable and made sure that everything was just right for our stay. Great Stay!

Jorge said his place was the best in Puerto Rico. I was skeptical but after staying there and traveling around the Island, I believe him!!! We totally loved the view from the condo - It is gorgeous!!!! The condo was a wonderful retreat to come home to . It was beautiful, very comfortable and the pool was great. It was close to many of our travel destinations including the Rain Forest, snorkeling at Hidden Beach and Luquillo (surfing there too). We have teenagers who enjoy exploring; they were very well pleased with our vacation - And that is not an easy task!! We also went to Gilligan's Island - Very fun. We would recommend the Ocean Club to anyone visiting Puerto Rico it was a great vacation rental. Thank You, Jorge and Family!!!

Dominingo & Jorge were right. The place is beautiful, great view, very comfortable and the pool is wonderful. It was close to all of our travel destinations. We enjoyed Jorge's recommendation to take a boat out to Culebra - it was a fabulous fun filled relaxing day. We took the ferry to Vieques for one night. The people were friendly everywhere we traveled and would recommend the Ocean Club as a great vacation base. Jorge was extremely helpful and available our entire stay to ensure we were enjoying our stay.

We could not have enjoyed our stay at this property more. Everything from the furnishings to the appliances were perfect. We particularly enjoyed the view from the balcony. There was something very peaceful about seeing the historic lighthouse with the natural lagoon in the foreground. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the Conquistador Resort with it's restaurants and casino. It was also convenient to the ferry terminal to Vieques and Culebra Islands. Both great day trips. We found the owners to be very efficient and diligent in making sure we had the keys and directions etc.. I recommend this Condo with full confidence.
