Welcome to the Monterrey at Cape Marco, the most celebrated beach development on Marco Island. From the moment you enter through the private gated entrance and pass a most impressive fountain and waters capes, you’ll know you are in a very special place. Continuing past meticulous landscaping you will enter the covered parking area and park in your designated space. A few steps away, a semi-private elevator which has access to only two units per floor, will take you to the third floor past our custom tiled hall where you will enter our home away from home.
This spacious unit is tastefully decorated and is one of only four in the Monterrey with water views from a front and back balcony and is on the preferred left side of the building with unobstructed views of the water and the Ten Thousand Islands.
