This is a newly remodeled home with fresh paint, new carpet, new tile floors in the entries, bath and laundry room and new wood flooring In the kitchen. The home is fully furnished.
The 2 baths have handhold assists and are fully accessible. One has a 5 foot walk in shower the other a full bath. The baths include all necessary linens and a Bath starter pack for your initial stay.
Each bedroom is supplied with a queen bed, dresser, 2 night stands with lamps with complete linens. Both have walk in closets.
Kitchen is equipped with service for 8, a full range of Cooking utensils, pots and pans including a Wok, side by side Refrigerator with ice and water in the door, new range with ceramic cook top, new Microwave oven, and new dishwasher. All counter tops and back splashes are Ceramic tile for easy of clean up.
The living room is furnished with a full size leather couch and easy chair, coffee and end tables. Color Television with Cable TV & VCR are provided.
The dining room has seating for 6.
Large Laundry room with Washer and Dryer are provided.
Full WIFI internet access is provide, along with a Apple MAC computer with 19 inch display and guest access. Or you can bring your own laptop and have access to WEP encrypted WIFI internet.
Other amenities include a Game Table for Chess, Checkers or Backgammon. Extended access Cable TV is included as is a VCR with a movie library.
Sun City West is an "Active Adult" community, one guest must be 55 or older. As a guest you can participate in all Sun City West activities and discount golfing with the purchase of an activity card.
