Built in 2008, VillaNaya is a new and stunning private villa.
Our modern, custom built, non-smoking villa features three large bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathrooms and walk-in showers, walk-in closets, a custom fitted kitchen, large dining, TV and living areas with sliding glass doors that open onto south and east facing terraces with stunning views of the Sea Of Cortez.
The villa is fully airconditioned. Each bedroom has a King size bed.
It also has a private laundry room with washer and drier.
Enjoy Dish Network on our living room color TV with over 100 channels. Or enjoy over 60 commercial free Sirius Satellite Music channels.
The building features wireless internet access.
A Vonage phone system is also included and allows you free, unlimited calls to and from the U.S.,Canada and parts of Europe.
VillaNaya is the ultimate place for families or groups of friends to stay together, with plenty of space for everyone. Cabo Bello’s private, sandy, secluded beach is safe for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, basking in the sun, or whatever your heart desires and is just a 5 minutes walk down the road from our Villa. Beach vendors are not allowed on our beach and you can enjoy a peaceful visit.
Several fine restaurants are within walking distance of the villa, and we are a five minute walk to the bus stop to town.
Nearby amenities include Costco, the new Walmart, the new Sam's Club, La Europea Beverage store, Santa Carmela Market, Soriana Mega Store, CCC Mega Store, City Club, grocery & liquor store, gym with an Olympic size pool, day spa, and select restaurants are all within walking distance. You'll be able to purchase almost any grocery item you can imagine including fine meats for a bar-b-que.
Socializing, entertaining and relaxation seem to be the order of the day at this villa as its grand room is vast and open - inviting family and friends to come together for a fun vacation. The beautifully finished (and fully equipped) kitchen, living, dining, TV areas are self-defined, yet flow as part of the big open grand room.
We can also arrange to have the villa completely stocked with food and beverages before you arrive.Our Management team will meet and greet you. We can arrange car rentals, golf packages, fishing packages and other activities at discounted prices.
