We have added improvements each year since we started renting in July 2007 when we finished building our Brewster cape.
We added hot water to our outdoor shower, internet access, another Living Room chair, a canoe stand and a hammock with hammock stand as a result of some return rental comments.
We are always working on the gardens around the house and have a deck on the water for a canoe stand or to sun on.
We keep our property clean and well maintained.

This home is perfect for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. No need to worry about what you may have forgotten to bring as the owners have provided just about everything needed for cooking, going to the beach, entertaining kids and swimming/boating in the lake. The location is perfect for getting around the Cape! We have rented a few places around the area in the past and have found this property to be a very good value. We look forward to going back again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Loved this house!!! This was the most peaceful place we have stayed at! The house was great, much nicer than the pictures. Hurricane Irene tried to dampen our spirts but didn't prevail she passed right over us. Sue and Saul were great to work with. No complaints and would definetly stay there again. Property was very clean and would recomend this to all of my friends. We roamed the Cape and spent alot of our time at the beach and induldged at our favorite place to eat Clancy's. Can't wait to come back!!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

My husband and I stayed for a week in June 2011, just before the summer season started and had a great time exploring the Cape. We loved the location in Brewster, near lots of great activities, including the Cape Cod Baseball League, beaches, towns for walking and shopping, and the bike trail. And we loved being able to walk out the back door to our very own canoe for quiet paddles around the pond. The owners went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed for a restful week stay. The home is as if you were borrowing your best friend's house, if your best friend had a canoe, a hammock, ping pong table, comfortable furnishings, and a kitchen that was easy to cook in, plus all the usual amenities. We hope to come back again and would highly recommend this rental to anyone.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This home is a beautiful retreat surrounded by trees and a lovely view of the water. The house is very clean and everything that the owners have offered in their description. Some of our favorite parts are sitting on the beautiful deck looking out at the water, lying on the hamock and napping in the gentle breeze, floating in the pond for hours together as a family, and its easy access to most things in Brewster. Unfortunately we cannot make the trip this year again and are very sad but plan on returning again next year for sure!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We have enjoyed our stays in Brewster at this property for the last 2 years, and will return again this year. Everything is as advertised in the thorough description. The owners are meticulous and make improvements each year! The house is basically new, and sits above Upper Mill Pond. The area is relatively quiet, yet not far from Route 6A or beaches. The house conveniently has everything on one floor, plus a basement for storage. Features we especially like include: canoe for renter's use, very well-equipped kitchen, a/c, nice sunny deck facing pond, gas grill, large TV, and futon room that can be a small 3rd bedroom. Also the master bed is very comfortable. The pond is large and clean, we enjoy kayaking and fishing there. The owners are a pleasure to work with!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
