Adults and kids can spend family time together outside on the patio with brand new gas-BBQ grill and outdoor furniture/shade umbrella and pavers all around for comfort. Fencing around patio allows for privacy for family time and security for kids playtime when outdoors. There is an outdoor shower for after the beach that includes a private changing enclosure.
The home is clean and bright throughout, and features 5 Bedrooms- (1st floor) 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath ;( 2nd Fl) 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath; 5th bedroom includes twin and crib. Wireless internet access for your laptop, upgraded TV cable service for baseball fans of Yanks and Phillies. Acme Market, LBI's famous Skipper Dipper ice cream, multi-screen movie theater all located within 2 block walk distance. Walking distance to fabulous Pinzimino Trattoria, great for eating in or take out or catering, and Kubels Too, Sports Bar & Restaurant, also nearby are Bisque and a little further Daddy O's. Walking, running and biking path steps from front door.
The kitchen was recently updated with granite counter tops, new refrigerator and cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, coffee pot, as well as pots and pans, utensils, and ample dishes, drinking glasses, etc.
Other amenities include – access to laundry room with newer washer/dryer in garage, and area to hang clothes or store bikes, boogie boards, sand chairs etc. We supply 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and 4 beach badges for use during rental.
