great house, great location, great amenities and great hosts....all you need to bring is your swim suits, tee shirt, shorts and flip flops....our second summer with them and we'll be back .........

Our extended family had a wonderful time staying here. The house has 4 bedrooms, and 3 baths, and a lovely pool in the back. The bayfront location is great - we went crabbing there a few times and the neighbors all around Curtis Point are very friendly. At the back of the house, they is a little garden with cherry tomatoes, basil and parsley - which we used for a few of our BBQs outside. There is a short walk from the house to the private beach. The beach itself is large, soft white sand, andpristine and since its private, is rarely ever crowded. The house itself is very nice, very clean, and well maintained. Our extended family, consisting of young kids, as well as senior had an amazing time, and we were all quite sad to leave. The best part of the experience was the property owner Mary Ann - I couldn't have asked for a more responsible, friendly, caring and attentive owner. Combined with her great and very friendly handyman who was always around the neighborhood if anything needed fixing, it made our overall experience just fantastic. Would definitely return!

We have rented for two years in a row (hoping for a third!) and just love this gem of a home. The owners couldn't have kinder or more accomodating. The nice, large kitchen and big family room + deck are so great for our big family group and we found the bedrooms comfortable and spacious. The photos give a good feel for the home, which has all the modern conveniences but also feels like a real home. The tomatoes and basil in the garden are another lovely plus. Access to a beautiful stretch of beach makes this property our favorite place to stay at the shore.

My family just returned from one month at this lovely home on Curtis Point. Everything was spotless upon our arrival, beds freshly made, and nothing to do except upack and relax on the beautiful deck and patio complete with a gorgeous pool and bay view. The owners were extremely helpful with any detail They supplied us with a generous supply of cleaning products, paper goods, as well as fresh tomatoes, peppers and herbs from their garden. Nothing was lacking. The house itself is large, and comfortable in every way - all furniture and beds are great. Curtis Point has a private beach very close by (walking distance) and is never crowded. The house is well-located for trips to the amusements in Point Pleasant, and any number of restaurants in the area are a very short ride away. This neighborhood is one of the premier addresses at the Jersey Shore, and it is an oasis from the busier areas just adjacent to it. Very safe for children for bikes, walks, etc.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, families with young children.

I rented this home in mid-June to house all of the family visiting NJ for my daughter's shore wedding. It was perfect! Beside the beautiful furnishings throughout the house, there were sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. There was so much to do to keep everyone entertained: the unheated pool, a kayak that we brought to use in the lagoon, walking through the beautiful neighborhood & over to the oceanside, biking and grilling dinner on the wonderful deck. The owners are very generous with the use of items in the house, including picking fresh herbs from the garden. It's an ideal location at the Jersey shore and the owner couldn't have been nicer. PS: the wedding at the Lavalette gazebo and reception at Crystal Point Yacht Club were great too! We have a wonderful family memory.

We LOVED the property and the owners couldn't have been nicer and easier to deal with. (Small note: One thing to be aware of is that you will have an extra $500-600 bill for utilities and cable after your stay. It is clearly stated in the lease)

We had a wonderful time during our 3 week stay. The home is bright and beautiful and the open floor plan was a real plus. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to set up house. We loved having the pool and being able to dock our boat right in back was fantastic. It was a terrific vacation!

Great house and very nice people. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks there this summer. Everything was first class, not to mention the tomatoes, peppers and basil we picked in the yard. Hope to return next year.
