  • This is a beautifully furnished and very well equipped condo. It is very comfortable, in a great location that's convenient to all the attractions and dining. The pool and amenities are great, and having a grocery store within a short walking distance was perfect. The owners are great to deal with. We would definately come back and recommend to everyone seeking a perfect place to stay while playing at Disney.

  • We spent 9 days in March 2009 in Greg's condo and it was by far one of the best we have ever stayed in. The location was great for our trip, close to all the attractions and shopping. The room were very nicely kept and we had more than enough room for everyone that came with us. Everything is modern and up to date. Check in was a breeze and check out was even better. It is on a beautiful peice of property and very peaceful. The best part was how easy it was to deal with Greg and his wife, they would answer our questions right away, others would not even contact us. When we visit Orlando again we will be back to the same place. I would highly recommand this place to anybody. The pictures do not do justice to his place, you have to see it in person. Thanks

  • My husband and I spent 2 weeks in Greg and Nancy's condo. We had never rented owner direct before and were a little nervous about the process. Greg was great to deal with and quickly responded to all our concerns, no matter how small. I would definitely recommend renting from Greg-he made the whole process easy. The condo was VERY comfortable,spacious,clean, and in a great location- easy acsess to all theme parks,restaraunts and shopping. There is a brand new Publix directly across the street which we walked to many times. We had a great vacation and plan to return for a month next time.   • I stayed in this Condo while attending a convention at the OCCC. As the description indicates, this is a very nice place to stay with LOTS of room. It had everything we needed, including internet, cable TV, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The Vista Cay facility is also well done with a nice pool, small gym, game room etc. It is a long walk to the OCCC from the condo, but as close as you can get if you're not staying in hotels right at the OCCC. Overall, I would stay here again.

We have been holidaying in Orlando every year for the last eleven years and your property is by far the best we have stayed in. We have stayed in hotels, villas and apartments. Believe me none match the quality and luxury of yours, it's absolutely fantastic. It was amazing to return home after a day in the theme parks and relax in pure luxury. Fantastic furnishings with the most comfortable bed ever. A very well equipped kitchen and fantastic on site facilities for kids and parents too!!! Vista Cay is perfectly situated near to all theme parks and a stones throw away from the amenities of International Drive. However, it is cleverly placed to provide seclusion peace and comfort from the hustle and bustle for a relaxing day in comfort. We were particularly impressed with the telephone call we received from you during a spell of bad weather (Hurricane) to make sure we were okay. A real nice personal touch that no other owner or letting agent has ever shown. Truly impressive. We have found our new holiday accommodation for the future and would love to stay here every year subject to availability. We unreservedly recommend this property to anyone planning a holiday in Orlando. The Howard family, Sunderland UK.

  • We just got back from a week long stay in Orlando and rented this condo. Our stay was fabulous and the condo was great. Very spacious and clean. Walking distance to the new Publix and close to Disney parks. Greg as well as the management company were a pleasure to deal with. Greg is very responsive when questions arise and walked me through the entire rental process as this was our first time renting through VRBO. We would stay again. Thanks Greg.

  • We just visited Orlando for a trip to Disney and had the opportunity to stay in this condo. It truly is as exceptional as it appears to be in the photos. From the first moment we walked through the door, everyone in our party was impressed (teenagers included) and knew we were going to enjoy staying here. It was only a short drive to the Disney parks and there is a brand new grocery store located across the street. Five out of Five Stars!!! (And the owners were pleasant to work with as well).

  • What a beautiful stay we had while in your terrific condo Greg! We arrived at midnight and your management company was still in the office waiting for us! They and the staff in the clubhouse were very accomodating with instructions, directions, and making sure we were getting the most out of our visit. We would normally stay at one of the resorts at Disney (we like the Grand Floridan or the Beach and Yacht Villas) however, this time we were traveling with our small dog and were on the road for days. It was lovely to come into your upscale, wonderfully decorated condo. It had everything we could want, in a beautiful setting. After long days at the park it was nice to come back and have space for the four of us to unwind. We found it very centrally located to the parks, resturants, and shopping. Greg your gracious manner and welcoming e-mails made us very comfortable and assured when we arrived at your beautiful rental. Thank you very much for a great stay, we will definetly return!

  • This condo is a fabulous rental find! Whether you are traveling on business or with your family, the condo offers all the conveniences of home and more. It is spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. I travel often and stay in many hotels...this really met all of our needs. We were looking for something in close proximity to all of the Disney attractions, yet something that was away from the crowds and the noise. We have an 8 month old and a 4 year old and I wouldn't do it any other way. The condo provided ample space, it was very quiet and the washer/dryer is very nice when you are on vacation with kids. In the evening, when we put the kids to sleep my wife and I could relax in the family room and move about without worrying about waking one as we would be in a confined hotel room. The Vista Cay amenities were great and Greg made the whole experience very easy. For the discerning traveler, I would highly recommend this rental. And if you like seafood, the Oceanaire restaurant only a few miles down the road is an added bonus!
