The condo was wonderful. It was everything pictured on the website and more! It was impeccable and ideally set-up for our group. "Grandpa" and I took 3 of his grandkids, ages 9, 10 and 14 to Orlando to experience the Theme Parks. The condo experience was just as much fun. I admit that I was leary about booking a property if found on-line, but I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Orlando. We had plenty of room and everyone had their "own space", which makes travelingt a much more pleasurable experince. It is also ideally located just off the highway with a quick and easy trip to the airport as well as the theme parks. We recommend the chinese restaurant close to the Publix grocery store. We loved Disney Downtown. What a fun place! It was always wonderful to return "home" at the end of the day and relax or swim. The computers for internet use in the clubhouse were a nice amenity---we were able to check-in on line for our return flight and print out our boarding passes. We appreciate the care and attention you give to your property and are thankful that we could stay in such a lovely home.

A Gem!

Our family rented this lovely condo for a week while exhibiting at the PGA Golf Show. The condo was spacious and well appointed. Cleanliness was exceptional! Great location overlooking the lake and pool. We enjoyed the hot tub in early evening before dressing for dinner. Hope to return next year!

Great Family Vacation in Orlando

I felt I should put in a note of thanks to Bill for providing us an outstanding place to stay on our vacation in Orlando. Everything is as advertised or better. We had grandparents and grandkids in the unit and it was so spacious and clean that it made the vacation even that much better. We stayed with 8 people and still never felt cramped. Close to everything we wanted to do and literally minutes away from everything we did....Seaworld, Disney, Universal, Shopping, Publix, Gas, Food, you name it. I really can't recommend this unit enough and when we return, all agreed we should stay here. The kids absolutely loved the pool and clubhouse area. It was clean, safe, and easily seen from the porch - which was amazing to sit on after a long day of running around. My wife felt safe enough to run around the small lake and everything about it was easy and well communicated. Bill does a great job of having everything ready to go. Our check in took minutes and check out was a dream as well. He even called us during our stay to make sure things were going as planned. Thanks again, we really enjoyed our stay! Had a fabulous fortnight in this apartment,beautifully furnished, complete luxury.The complex was peaceful and the view over the lake was a delight. Location was excellent two minutes drive from international drive,seaworld,Aquatica and discovery cove, also very convenient for Publix supermarket and a very good Pizza joint. All the arrangements for the booking went very smoothly and the owner was very helpful. Fantastic! if we ever come back to Florida we will definately stay here. Thanks Bill

Wonderful Family style Condo in Orlando

We loved this condo! We have been coming to Orlando 2 to 3 times a year for the past 5 years and the Vista Cay location is perfect for our family. This condo was wonderful!!! It had everything we could want or need and more. The view of the pool and lake were beautiful and the outdoor furniture was comfortable, we loved just sitting out on the lanai enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night! The beds were just right and all the extra decorations made the condo feel like home! Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay! We will be calling you again in the future!

Amazing Vacation Condo!

We stayed at this condo for 2 weeks and we truly had a wonderful time. The condo was spacious, clean and had all the amenities to make our vacation memorable. Our kids enjoyed having their own bedrooms complete with their own TVs. The full kitchen allowed us to enjoy our breakfast each day and the occasional meal through the 2 weeks. At the end of a long day at the parks, it was really nice to go back to the condo to relax. The pool was really nice and very well maintained. The condo was about 10 miles from Disney and 4 miles from Universal making it a very easy drive to each park. The condo community was beautiful and well taken care of. The employees at the club house were friendly and helpful. The guests were mostly families which made our stay very comfortable. We had absolutely no problems with the booking process and we were very happy with how everything worked out. We have raved about this condo to our family and friends. We will never stay in a hotel again! This was wonderful experience.

No Better Place to Stay in Orlando

We have visited Orlando several times and this beautiful Vista Cay condo is our favorite of accommodations. The condo is just as pictured, only the photos don't do it justice. It looks even better in person. It has been extremely well cared for and is very clean. Check-in was quick and easy, and Bill (the owner) called after we arrived to make sure everything was good. The condo is large enough that a big group (ours was 2 families of 4) can stay together comfortably. Parking is close and convenient. The location of the condo is great - easy access to everything. (We divided our time among the Disney and Universal theme parks.) Publix is very close, but a little pricey. We went to the Super Walmart (about 10 min drive) and stocked up on groceries. Our favorite places for dinner out were T-Rex at Downtown Disney, Bubba Gumps at City Walk, and Maggiano's Little Italy (near the condo). This was my first time to book a condo through an individual, and I could not have dreamed of a better result. Bill was very professional, answered all our questions, handled everything in a timely manner, and you could tell it was important to him that we have a wonderful stay. If the Villa Bella condo is available on your dates of travel, you should book it now. You won't regret it!

Fabulous condo - best we have stayed in

Thank you to Bill, your communication was excellent and I had no hesitation booking this condo. Everything you promised came true and the condo is gorgeous and beautifully clean. My husband was happy as there were a lot of TV channels, even with UK soccer! The balcony furniture was so comfy and I can report the sun gets to the balcony around 8.30am am and doesn't leave until just before lunch. Ideal for sun lovers who have to wait for the rest of the family to get out of bed. We were only a few steps from the pool and clubhouse and the elevators were fast getting up to the 4th floor. We could park more or less right outside so getting the luggage up and down was fine. There is now a Walgreens onsite which also sells groceries and the Publix is a 10 min at most walk along the lake. There are also a couple of takeaways there too. I can recommend this condo 100% and as experience travellers to Orlando we know what you get for your money and we were happy. Thanks again Bill, we will be back.
