Villa Bella at Vista Cay

This unit is brand new and located in the building right next to the clubhouse and pool. It has the best location and views in Vista Cay hands down. It is a spectacular 2001 square foot, penthouse unit (no need to worry about noise from above overlooking the pool & Lake Cay. Come back after a long day either at the parks or convention center and relax on our beautifully decorated and comfortable lanai and watch the fireworks at Sea World in the summer. This condo has been professionally decorated with a luxurious and elegant, yet comfortable, tropical flair.

Get comfortable on our custom made sectional w/queen pull-out sleeper sofa while watching your favorite movie or TV show on the 52" Sharp Aquos LCD HD TV. PS2 and DVD player are provided for your entertainment.

The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with a king bed and upgraded mattress and a 42" wall mounted LCD TV with DVD player. The second bedroom has the same deluxe accommodations as the master with a 32" wall mounted flatscreen LCD TV & DVD player. The third bedroom has been furnished with two full beds (no small twins). If you are the last person arriving in your party of 3, no need to worry about getting stuck sleeping in a twin. This room also has a 32" wall mounted flatscreen LCD TV and DVD player. Dining for 8 in the kitchen.

This unit also has a comfortable and spacious office area with a desk and queen pull-out sleeper sofa to relax on and conclude the day's business. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances. Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also included. No need to bring along the hair dryer. We have supplied them for your convenience. All rooms have lighted ceiling fans.

Our condo is located minutes away from Disney World, Sea World and its' new water park Aquatica, Universal Studios, Wet N’ Wild, and walking distance to the Orlando Orange County Convention Center. If you are traveling with a large group, family or friends, please inquire about the other units that we have at Vista Cay.

  • My family of 4 recently stayed in your condo along with another family of 4. All of us were very comfortable and never felt crowded in any way. All of the accomidations were exactly as described and we could have easily fit another 3-4 people if necessary. The building where this condo is located has best location to pool/clubhouse and also has a great view of the lake. My family would definately stay in this condo again.

  • We just spent a week at the Vista Cay and enjoyed the condo immensly. It was a beautifully decorated retreat and it could easily sleep 10, although we only had 4 guests, but originally planned for 6. I was a bit skeptical to make a reservation over the internet, but everything was a described on VRBO, and the owner was very helpful to answer our questions. It is a beautiful place, and we would definetly go back. The only negative I can think of us are the hallways between the apartments should be better ventilated as they are warm and sometimes had a bit of a smell in them. Over all it was a great place!

It's in an ideal situation, has high quality furnishings and was immaculately clean on arrival (well done, Millenium Management. Not even my wife could find anything wrong with it and that takes some doing!).   • We just spent seven days at this condo and loved every minute of it. I looked forward to returning "home" after a long day at Disney. It had all the comforts of home, was beautifully furnished, and felt like home. I am very particular about where my husband and our two young children stay and found this condo to be exceptionally comfortable and exceptionally clean. The owner was an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend, without hesitation.

I am very particular about where I stay and it must be clean, clean, clean and it was that and more. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in a great location for the parks and eating out. You could walk to the Publix for shopping if need be. I would go back in a minute. Thanks
