Why the Owner Chose Montreal
The story of our "Vacation Rental" all started when our long-term tenant announced us she was purchasing a condo. That announcement was shortly followed by our friends from Europe informing us they were coming to Montreal and insisting on a place close to our house. That is when we chose to renovate and adapt this apartment to host them.
After their departure, we found ourselves with a beautiful fully equipped apartment no longer generating any revenue. That is when we decided to take the necessary steps and opened our doors to travelers from all around the world.
This Montreal Vacation Rental was created and based on what we personally wished we could find when traveling: Cleanliness, Practicality and Hospitality.

During our trip through the big cities of Ontario and Quebec Cynthias appartment was perfect for a few days of rest in Montreal. We used the fully equipped kitchen, the washing machine, PC, Internet, TV and DVD. Bus stop (line 110) is just round the corner. We used the 3 day tourist ticket to get around in the city. The nearby super markets made life easy. So this is the perfect base if you want to stay longer than a night. But most of all, Cynthia is a very good host: very friendly and always there if you need help. So we give all points: 100%!!
