The Pond can be accessed yards from the house to enjoy all that it offers including great kayaking,swimming,fishing,and clamming. The house comes with a private parking pass to the Weekapuag association beach which is a beautiful barrier beach on the atlantic ocean. The convienient location of the house to Westerly provides easy access to the areas many fine retaurants in Watch Hill,Newport attractions,Block Island, Mystic Seaport and the Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun resorts.
