Why the Owner Chose Maalaea
This is a very beautiful area as it is on a quiet dead end road and is very centrally located. Maalaea is 20 minute from Wailea, 20 minutes from Lahaina, and 12 minutes from the Kahului airport. The community is right on the ocean and right next to a very quaint harbor giving it a special feeling compared to some of the Monster hotels.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The views are magnificent. Maalaea Bay is a wondeful place to be. There is always some type of activity going on being the surfers, whale watch boats, and sometimes a whale or two breaching right in front of you to your disbelief. It a very relaxing place to be and our unit is very comfortable.

Ron and Shirley Gess Have lived on Maui for over 30 years. Shirley is a registered nurse at our local hospital and Ron operates a commercial cleaning company. We have a 28 year old daughgter who is also a registered nurse. We live in Wailuku and enjoy welcoming people to our island home. We have an advantage on taking care of our guests as we are here on the island and can insure our unit has all the details that will make your vacation special. Shirley routinely checks the unit and make sure it is fully equipped. We look forward to serving you.

Ma'alaea Bay is the perfect location for relaxing and conveniently located to all activities. It was also very easy to find from the airport. The view from the lanai was amazing with many turtles and whales. The pool was nicely maintained with great sun all day. The condo was as described with very good appliances. It was nice to have laundry facilities in the condo. Ron was very accommodating and quick to get back to us if we had questions.

We had a great time in the Milowai condo. Welcomed by a cordial note we found a very well maintained unit, enough cooking material to make a home-cooked meal, spectacular view, falling asleep with the sound of the waves. Heaven! For us European from Belgium traveling for the first time in Hawaii, island hopping, it was a real home far away from home. It felled like coming home every time we came back of a trip to Hana, the Haleakale Crater, Lahaina or lovely Paia. We hope that some day we can come back and hopefully can stay in this great condo again. A special thanks to Ron for your help with the upstart of our new I-pad. It was really a great thing to have on the rest of our trip. Thanks a lot.

Everything was exactly as described. The unit is maintained in a very good condition and is in a great location, central to all parts of Maui. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will wholeheartedly recommend it to all our friends this place. The road to Hana is a must. As are the nearby beaches. Iao needle is a cute side trip. Halekala national part is a not to miss portion of the Maui experience (take a sweatshirt-(it can get cold)!, lots of water - and good walking shoes.
