Our raised beach home is located in the premier, OCEAN LAKES FAMILY RESORT, a gated community with 24 hour security! This extraordinary home features four (4) bedrooms 3.5) bathrooms (Sleeps 8). The stilted [RAISED] home is located on 1233 Sharks Tooth Trail in the resort and has a gigantic deck specially designed for entertaining, complete with an outdoor television and patio area on the upper deck. Parking and entertaining space is available under our home. It’s only a 6 minute walk to the ocean, or golf cart rental is available to get you there in seconds!

ENTERING our home, you will find professional décor. It is furnished with only the BEST and has all the possible amenities. The kitchen is perfect for cooking every meal right at home. It is conveniently laid out to accommodate you!!Dishwasher, coffee pot, and everything else that one could possibly need to prepare a meal. A half bathroom is even located right off the kitchen for easy access. The LIVING ROOM /DINING ROOM /KITCHEN are next to each other to create an open floor plan. A 'LARGE MASTER BEDROOM' with a HUGE KING bed is also located on the first floor of the home. MASTER BATHROOM is also directly attached to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has its own private entrance.
As you wonder 'UPSTAIRS' you will find THREE OTHER BEDROOMS. TWO BEDROOMS are very large and have queen beds Both bedrooms have their own PRIVATE bathrooms, showers, etc. Bedroom number three is smaller and directed toward kids; it contains a set of bunk beds.
The resort has its own mile of beachfront and seven fishing ponds, one of which is just feet away from our home. All activities you could imagine are right in the resort. The HUGE pool and recreation area contains a miniature golf course, outdoor pool, indoor pool, large kids splash zone pool, a café, and a game room arcade. Ocean Lakes even has its own store! Every activity anyone could want is available at the resort including Sunday morning church service. Golf cart rentals are available to view the 310 acre ocean front resort!

My family has stayed here at least three years. The house is a knock-out and that's mostly because the owners care about the home and keep it nice. If they didn't, it would not be nice for us when we come. The owner is a kind person who is very reasonable to deal with and I am thankful for how easy they were to deal with. The decor is wonderful and the parking great.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was a beautiful house near one of the lakes. The house is nicely furnished and comes with golf carts. The only recommendation I would make is to pay the extra money to have the house cleaned. If you do it yourself, there are many, many specific instructions left all over the house. I wish we had planned to pay the extra money. It was hard to enjoy our vacation because we worried about making sure we did everything the owners asked. Definitely keep this in mind if you are traveling with small children. Other than that, the house was great! And the owners were very nice!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
