The entire house is very bright with southern exposure.
On the ground floor of the Mas, there is a lovely living and dining room (60 m2) with large glass doors that can be left open in summer - the large shadowed outside terrace will be the perfect place to enjoy meals and the magnificent view of the Luberon. There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher-microwave...). You can also find 1 beautifull bedroom (king bed) with view on the garden and a bathroom with separate wc.
The 1st floor is divided into 3 beautiful rooms with built-in wardrobes (2 rooms with king beds and 1 room with 2 single beds). An antichamber with bunk beds will be ideal for children. Two bathrooms are available and 2 toilets. Cot and high chairs available on request.
A covered panoramic terrace is located on the top floor of the house, ideal for a drink or rest in admiring the sunset and an unobstructed view of the countryside.
The garden, the terrace and all the rooms have a panoramic southern view facing the Luberon Mountain range and the surrounding vineyard.
The heated swimming pool (protected by an alarm and a gate) is 10 meters by 5 meters surrounded by a terrace in Roussillon's stones. This is a perfect spot to enjoy a swim and to devour the Beauty of Provence. The private park that surround the House and pool are filled with all the trees, plants, and flowers of Provence.
The price of the rental includes all utilities:
gas, electricity, towels, pool service, bed linen, TV, ADSL internet and a complete departure clean.
